Ordered as a gift for someone, sadly the wrong colour was sent out and the recipient wasn’t overly joyed, however the customer service was fantastic and appreciate the help I received. Was able to buy a phone case with the correct colour so the recipient was happy in the end. Easy phone to use, quick, battery lasts a good while. 10/10. Thank you.

the phone represents good value modern looks, it was only let down by the fact that some 19 days of use it would not charge phoned Nokia for help, who it must be said were extremely helpful. And sent a help sheet to try to resolve the problem. However it turns out it was the charging PLUG not the lead, this was tried in other plugs and found to work. Need to ask for a replacement.

Works like a Google phone. Compatible with all popular gaming, streaming and social media apps. Takes decent photos. Looks and feels great. It is quite light weight. Compatible with various Bluetooth headphones. The storage seems pretty decent I’ve downloaded a bunch of apps with zero issue. The battery life lasts less than 12hours even if you don’t use the phone. It is slightly delayed compared to a more modern phone for example a big app like YouTube can take 5 seconds to load. Sometimes when pressing buttons you have to press a few times for it to receive the action or wait a few seconds to acknowledge the touch . Sometimes in a streaming app like Disney it will kick you off back to home screen but this is usually just at the start, you can go ahead and open it right back up and it won’t mess you about anymore. Overall this is a wonderfully priced back up phone. I am very pleased with it. I will be looking at slightly more modern Nokias in the hope they are little less laggy but I will definitely continue to use this Nokia C12.

Phone is good. Battery is AWFUL. Bought in May for my daughter’s birthday; it’s recently stopped holding charge. She fully charged it yesterday morning and put it in her bag. I’ve just taken it out of the bag and it’s dead! She hasn’t even used it! Waste of £££. A battery should last longer than a few months. Not even six months light use!
