This unit works very well, I have had it installed for almost a year now, no more dead batteries

The installation for this trailer break kit was pretty easy. I’m not a pro, but I managed to get it working up very fast. The instructions were clear enough, and everything was pretty much plug-and-play. The built-in solar panel is a nice touch, it keeps the 12V 3AH LiFePO4 battery topped up, so I don’t have to charge it manually. The LED indicator is simple but effective—it gives peace of mind that everything’s working. The breakaway switch feels solid, and the kit overall seems well built. Overall, great quality and for a budget-friendly system that comes with a solar charger and lithium battery, this is a solid option.

Easy to install and works as advertised. I tested the breakaway switch after connecting this and I could not move the trailer as the brakes were full on. As for battery life, we will see.

Are you tired of the old school batteries in boxes that hold moisture and rust the terminals off the batteries? This unit is sealed, and keeps the battery charged and ready to work. It also comes with a new disconnect pull-away cable that is not the old conventional ones that are too long and get stepped on or worn through from the road wear. It is a squiggly thing that always stays out of the way.

I put it on trailer in may, parked it in field with plenty of light, went to go use trailer 2 months later in July and hit test button, it was red, has not been charging. I thought something was off when the charging led would not light up when exposed to sun or 12v from truck when it was connected.

Installation instructions are not very clear . Wiring instructions are too small to make out clearly.

simple plug and play design. was able to have it installed and wired up in around 10 minutes. I'm hopeful the solar charger will easily maintain the battery. Will update after it's 1st winter here in the mountain west with sub zero temps.

Mounted on the top of the tongue. Used my own stainless steel bolts to install. Wired into the junction box and the breakaway switch. Hopefully I will never need to use it, but I will be covered if I do. Highly recommend product and seller.

Very nice setup. Came fully charged and looks like decent quality. The built in solar charger is good to have to make it maintenence free system.

The Battery backup with solar charger should be a good unit, haven't had a chance to install the unit yet, complete with wiring to the breakaway switch, compact unit.

Best money ever spent tired of buying new batteries for my trailers every year works amazing and very well built same price as just a new battery

1 year in and it's no longer working. Opened it up to find it soaking wet inside with really rusty battery connections and 2 wires that have broken off from somewhere. Don't waste your money, even though like me, you may think it's a great idea. Would give 0 stars if I could. I bought 2, haven't looked into the other one yet. But I want my money back!
