This the initial review. I will come back after a few months to update this. Good about this chair: 1. seat depth adjustment, which is a rare feature at this price point (£155 after discount). 2. 4D arm rest (up-down, forward-backward, left-right shift, rotation), which is great at this price point. Moreover, it is quite solid/sturdy, you can apply force to it and it does not wobble or move to another setting. 3. Seat is reasonably comfortable. Back dynamic support is quite good to accomdate body movement on the chair. 4. overall assembly process is relatively easy. Instruction is clear and parts/bolts are label well. 5. Overall build quality is decent. with metal 5 feet base. Not so good about this chair: 1. Headrest is fabric cushion, it is a bit firm, and only 2D adjustment (high and rotation). No forward and back adjustment possible. 2. Adjusting the armrest up-down is a bit clunky, not that easy and smooth. 3. Seat pan cushion is a bit thinner and firmer than I would like, still reasonably comfortable though. 4. lumber support is OKish with adjustable high, but not depth (forward/backward) adjustment possible. After-sale and long term durability remain to be seen, as I will hopefully update this after a few months. I noted from the instruction manuel that the support email is a gmail address and the support telephone is a mobile number in China? This does raise some fishing feeling. Hopefully the quality of this chair does not force me to use it. Overall I am quite pleasent about this chair for now.

I recently purchased the chair, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and comfort it provides. This chair has truly enhanced my work-from-home setup, and I can say it's worth every penny! First off, the level of comfort is exceptional. The adaptive backrest is a standout feature, offering incredible support throughout the day. Whether I’m sitting upright or reclining slightly, the chair adjusts perfectly to my movements, making it easy to stay comfortable, even during long hours at my desk. The backrest also tilts when I shift left or right, which is such a handy feature when I need to grab something quickly without straining. The armrests are another highlight—they’re fully adjustable in 4 directions, so I can position them exactly where I need for typing or relaxing. I never knew how much of a difference this would make until now. They move smoothly and feel very solid, unlike other chairs where the armrests can be flimsy or uncomfortable. The headrest is adjustable too, offering great neck support, which is often overlooked in other office chairs. Plus, the lumbar support is excellent for maintaining good posture, which is crucial for me during long work sessions. I also love the adjustable seat depth, which makes it easy to find the perfect seating position for my height. One of my favorite things about this chair is the sleek white color. It really adds a modern touch to my office space, and the chair is incredibly durable as well. The build quality feels premium, and I can tell it's designed to last for years. UPDATE: AFter a week of use, the armrest has already become wobbly... all screws are tightened.. I don't know what to say honestly UPDATE #2: Seller has provided me with replacements of the arm rests, the customer service is EXCELLENT! I have updated my review to be 5 stars.

As someone who also has a Herman Miller Aeron at my streaming setup and wanted to just grab another chair for my other desk, can confirm, there are very few differences in terms of comfort. Nothing about this chair feels cheap, almost any part of it that you dont want like the headrest or arms are very easily detachable. Sturdy, durable and comfortable. Been using this thing for like 7+ hours every day since I bought it a year ago and its still going strong. The reclining back also feels way smoother and more comfy than the Aeron. If ever im in the market for a third chair or a replacement for my HM im definitely gonna pick up another one of these. Great Value, Easy to build, height adjustment is also good. Just buy it man its great!

It's a decent chair for the price. There are plenty of adjustments. The back and headrest are both quite supportive and comfortable. The lumbar support digs in a bit but is also adjustable and I don't find I need it. The build quality is solid and it is a nice looking chair. It's has a nice feeling recline. I would describe the cushion as somewhat firm (firmer than a Markus I would say). It is also quite wide. The only really negative is the armrests are not cushioned. Assembly was easy enough, but some parts are fairly heavy as you would expect.

I’ve been using the HOLLUDLE Ergonomic Office Chair for nearly two months, and it’s very comfortable and supportive. 2 weeks in review. I researched lots of chairs and landed on this one for the adjustability you get for the price. I work long hours, I find this very comfortable. The best part for me is the back, it’s supportive where I need it and the back has some flex in it so it moves a little with you. My back / shoulder which I have issues with feels better since using it. I actually look forward to sitting in it the morning for the back support. Height adjustment is good, many I looked at didn’t go high enough. It’s very sturdy, feels solid yet it’s not huge in my small space. Seat is firm and feels dense and comfortable for long hours. I have an extra seat pad that I used with my old chair, I don’t need it with this chair. Headrest is positioned well, i don’t find it gets in the way which I was worried about reading other chair reviews. Summary, great chair, comfortable for long hours with superb back support.

Overall this is a passable chair, and at a discounted price it's not too bad, but I have had some fairly serious issues with it. The first chair that I bought broke about a month after purchase. The mechanism controlling the rest angle of the back snapped within the base mechanism, so repair wasn't possible. I initiated the return, and was told to order a new chair by Amazon, which I did. It took OVER TWO WEEKS for Amazon to arrange collection after I was told it was impossible to simply have a new base mechanism sent out. I spent these two weeks waiting on Evri collection, and chatted with Amazon about every other day, constantly being reassured that collection would be on the next business day. Finally I had to stop my local Evri driver and ask them to take it. Abysmal service. The second chair arrived, and I have been using it for just over three weeks. Here are my thoughts: Pros: Great options for customisation. Very few chairs at this pricepoint have as many adjustable features. Looks sleek but not too "techy". The seat is comfortable but firm. Very quiet, with very little creaking or clicking. Seems very stable. CONS: The backrest is crooked. Despite spending over an hour trying to adjust the angle of the backrest with the little wiggle room there is in the mounting bracket, the back is still slightly twisted to the left. The gas piston wiggles slightly in the cyclider, creating a wobble and making the chair seem less sturdy. The armrest brackets allow for wiggle around the bolt, so its very difficult to get the armrests perfectly aligned with each other.
