Ruby Volcano Nozzle Abrasion Wear Resistant High Flow 0.6 Sidewinder 1.75mm Hardened （Volcano, 0.6mm）

UPDATE: seller reached out and fixed the situation. 5 star for costumer service. Tip "Ruby" shattered/broke/fell off on mine after 3 times printing carbon PETG (Never once hit print bed) I noticed filament going spaghetti stopped print removed and cleaned nozzle and no ruby anymore... Wish I would have used it sooner than today so I could have stopped more from buying. I had high hopes but this was a waste of money.

The nozzle replaces and fits in the the stock volcano nozzle as advertised without any issues, and once it's in man does it rip! The ruby tip makes the print quality that much better. So far I've fired off several hour long prints and as this writing the nozzle still cleans up and is as unfazed by abrasive filaments as the day I bought it. Definitely great value and I honestly will probably run this nozzle on future 3D printers!

I can only speak for me but the nozzle I got has a pretty red ruby with the right size hole in it. Nozzle has already out lasted 3 SS nozzles.

This nozzle has given me the best performance when it comes to consistent layers and no under extrusion that make layer gaps a thing. For the money this is worth the upgrade and i will probably buy another one in the future but i hope this nozzle lasts longer than a standard brass nickel plated nozzle that i would usually get for 10 bucks from polis or micro swiss. I just got this product a day ago and will update my review but i might forget to update in the future. Dont hesitate to buy this nozzle if your curious about different types of nozzles like hardened steel and ruby. I really wanted to try and see if this nozzle would last longer but i will have to see later on. Update: i have had this nozzle since the beginning of October and its worth the price. I have run so much filament through this single nozzle and it still keeps trucking along! Worth the 25 bucks for something you have to change out every so often.

I bought this for my Artillery Sidewinder X1 and it works beautifully. I got that printer preowned so I figured it would be a good idea to get a new nozzle and I couldn't have been more right. My prints look like they came off a premium, high end printer but really only came off a mid-range one. I did a 3d-Benchy and a Caly Dragon stress test and they look stunning. As far as I can tell it's real ruby just by looking at someone else's review. On that note don't level it too close to the bed because you can risk cracking the tip and it will ruin your prints (this hasn't happened to me I've just heard about it)

With minimal torque trying to tighten into my print head the entire nozzle forward of the threads snapped off.

These cheap trash broke off while installing with a pair is pliers not even to the point I was tightening it with a wrench now the threats are stuck in my hot end and I hav to replace the whole extruder don’t waste your money

The quality of these are spectacular , fits perfectly into my Creality K-1 hot end. It was hard to find the information on K one nozzle length, but it indeed, takes the full length volcano.

Gut, aber 0,5 mm zu lang. man muss neu leveln oder Anpassungen in der printer.cfg unter Klipper vornehmen.

Ich bin zufrieden mit der Nozzle sauber verarbeitet mach was sie soll Petg Carbon Filament wird ohne Probleme Gedruckt. Habe die Temperatur bisschen erhöht als bei der Messing Nozzle. bin sehr zufrieden

Ugello utilizzato su FL Sun Sr con filamento Extrudr Greentec pro Carbon. Il materiale usato per la stampa necessita secondo il produttore di un ugello da min. 0.5mm e resistente all’abrasione; quindi su carta questo era perfetto. Peccato perché dopo circa un ora e mezza di stampa si intasava. A dire il vero in vari mesi di utilizzo senza sosta di questa stampante con vari ugelli diversi, questa è stata la prima volta che ho avuto un ugello intasato. (Nozzle clog) . Nel tentativo di rimediare ho montato poi un ugello sempre da 0.6 in acciaio temprato dell Creality, proveniente dalla mia K1 Max e non ho più avuto problemi… quindi mi sento di dire che il problema questo ugello con punta rubino. Peccato perché 30€ non sono pochi e con meno avrei ricomprato tutto il kit con 8 ugelli della Creality. Forse funziona meglio con sistemi direct drive e meno con delta bowden… boh… peccato

Purchased a fast 3D printer and wore out the brass nozzle after only 1/4 a spool. Wasted time and the rest of the spool trying to find the culprit. Replaced with the ruby tip and I'm happily watching my active print while typing this review. Only tried the 0.4 and will update if the 0.8 is different.
