Hard to get the gun working and then underpowered.
Inherited this from my father which he never got round to using. In spite of a thick instruction book it in many languages but apart from safety instructions the instructions how to use it is pages of diagrams. I tried using my regular hose pipe connector to the unit but it was a different fitting so used Ryobi's which uses a lot smaller tubing, put one end in a bucket of water and switched on and although the motor was running no water came out. So had to suck the water through the pipe even then nothing as there was just a bit of air near the unit, so took the other end out of the bucket and held it higher than the unit and that worked. Only thing the pressure not that great and took over half a bucket of water for it to hearted cleaned a 2 foot by 2 foot paving slab. Probably good for cleaning loose dirt of stuff but not dried on. Would have been very useful if it was more powerful and able to directly link to a water supply rather than bucket, albeit less transportable.

Great Idea, but not reliable =(
The whole idea is brilliant. The only model on the market with such power/mobility ratio. BUT, sadly, lasted only about 3–4 washes. The Pump bearing has stuck and blocked the motor. Replacement part is unreal to source.

I really liked this tool at first and hoped it would last, but it fried just one month after the one-year warranty expired. Started smoking when the pump gave out while it was trying. Is anything made to last anymore?

I have several gas and electric power washers I use often. This battery power washer really has a place for smaller jobs that could be damaged by higher pressure. Ryobi is really great stuff!
