Does this cable support thunderbolt 3/4 speeds?

This cable does not support any version of Thunderbolt. This is a USB-A to USB-C cable intended, primarily, to connect to low speed devices like keyboards. I have not tested it, but I would not be surprised if it only supported USB 2.0 speeds, USB-3 at best.
