Buyers beware
The company shows thick type candles used in its 30 litre water purifier but instead delivers slim type water candles with the metal pipe base which rotates and hence its almost impossible to tighten the nut. Net result water instead of filtering through the ceramic candle just escapes from the free space between the candle and the loose candle that can't be tightened.
