LilyAna Naturals Face and Neck Moisturizer for Women and Men - Moisturizer Face and Neck Cream for Dry Skin and Dark Spot Brightening - Rose and Pomegranate Extracts - 1.7oz

This cream is all wrong for my skin type, but I'm still giving it a 5-star review and here's why: 1) The cream itself is great quality: it has healthy ingredients, is a nice texture, goes on smoothly and without making my face feel greasy. It's just very lightweight, which would be great for someone with oily/combination skin and/or during the summer months, but isn't enough for my very dry skin in the winter. 2) The company is a small business, which I prefer to support over the big guys, and their products are of great quality. I also ordered the vitamin c serum and that has been a godsend for my dry, uneven skin. In just two weeks it's made my skin noticeably smoother, softer, more even, and has diminished my undereye puffiness like you wouldn't believe. These guys make fantastic products! 3) The customer service at this company is AMAZING. When you order, they send you a thank-you email with detailed information on how to use the product and info on how to contact their customer service department directly. After you've had the product for a week or two, they send a follow up to see how things are going. (This level of engagement might sound obnoxious to some-myself included-but I promise it's not pushy, but rather is done in a really unobtrusive and helpful way.) The really exceptional part is that when I wrote back to say that this cream wasn't right for my skin type, their customer service rep contacted me in less than 24 hours and offered to send me a jar of their eye cream, which is heavier and apparently used by many of their customers as an all-over face cream, completely free. I get the impression that they don't want to just make a quick buck, but want to make sure that you have exactly the right skin care regimen for your individual skin type--they're goal is clearly to create longterm, loyal customers. This is some old school customer service, in the BEST way!

I am 33, had a baby right before I turned 31, prior to that I had cystic type acne all my life that I never grew out of, then got acne in places I never had it before when I was pregnant, and let's face it: growing a baby does stuff to your body, some stuff you never come back from, and I stayed pretty hormonally imbalanced for a long time. I'm very fair skinned, and every pimple (popped or unpopped) left a lasting pink scar on my face, requiring concealer months long after it's official departure. A reminder of the pimple that had been/had almost been that needed to be hidden as more approached. I'd used the classic proactiv with the best results for years and years, and went right back to that with the same results of "it's not 100%, but it's better than everything else." And on top of it, I have always had an incredibly oily face and scalp. My mother first suggested something with hyaluronic acid, and that was becoming increasingly popular while I was pregnant and was not supposed to use it, so I didn't give it another thought. But with my boy about to be turning 2, and my skin still so confused, I figured I'd give it a shot. I read outstanding reviews of this stuff, and figured I'd give it a shot. I got the serum, and the hyaluronic acid moisturizer, and got the regular face cream and eye cream in case my skin got dry. I just read a bunch of people talking about how the first week or two you use it, it can cause dryness and some peeling, so I figured I should have some of the basic stuff, too. I don't know if it's just that my skin was used to the harshness of benzoyl peroxide on the regular, or that I'm SO greasy, but I didn't experience any of the dryness, redness, or irritation that a lot of people report the first couple weeks. And I really went balls to the wall with this, and cut the proactiv out completely. Scary prospect for me. But no joke, just using the serum and the hyaluronic acid moisturizer every day, within a few days my skin calmed down a massive amount. The moisturizer is a little on the heavy side (although I used it pretty liberally) and is a little heavy for use under makeup if you're heavy handed like me, but I'd still put some on, let it soak in awhile, and just wipe my face down real quick with a cleansing cloth, and it was all good. By the end of the first week, I'd had no new pimples, and noticed dramatic lightening in the marks from old pimples, along with a generally more even skin tone, and my face felt smoother, softer, calmer, and looked it, too. I have not turned back. The best part is that my skin is also not as greasy as it was before, and I have FINALLY found a moisturizer that doesn't make me break out worse. And my skin just soaks up that serum, and that stuff is AMAZING.

I really liked this face cream overall. Like other reviews stated, it was heavier than your average face moisturizer but then again, it is a cream. Once the cream dried properly and absorbed into my skin, my face just felt fresh and clean. It wasn't so thick to wear my face felt oily. I also use African Extract Vanishing Cream which I personally think works better for me and my face demons (pimples). I would strongly recommend the Vanishing Cream from African Extract because it goes on and absorbs into the skin and leaves a tight, matte feeling on your face (tight and matte are different than feeling dry). And I've noticed that my face doesn't get as oily through the day and I don't sweat off the cream. I stopped using my vanishing cream to give this new face cream a try and I do think it cleared up my face and got rid of some spots. However, I think I will hold off on using this again until winter because I noticed that with sweating in the heat all day in the summer, it made me break out more often because the cream is so heavy. I am still currently using this but stopped putting it in places where I am prone to break out. My chin is the worst area for me so I put the African Extract on my chin and put this face cream everywhere else on my face and I liked that combination/technique the best. However, I will say that because this cream is heavier than most, I would not recommend it to people that are prone to oily skin throughout the day. If so, I would maybe use this in the winter when the skin is drier than in the summer. I have found that my face does get oily a lot faster when I am out and about in the summer (like most people) but it isn't too bad. I also liked that this product was all natural and I think I could see a difference until I started working outside and sweating so much. I read some comments in the review about the smell but I personally didn't mind it. It didn't have a fragrance so it didn't necessarily smell good but the ingredients are all natural so that's what it smelled like. I probably wouldn't use it if it had a strong fragrance. I like that it is natural smelling, the natural ingredients is why I bought it in the first place. Overall, I did like this product and will most likely continue using it, I just might put it aside until winter when my face is more dry.

This is a really great face cream for anyone who deals with acne and/or dry skin. The benefits of rose is amazing and I found this out years ago. I've tried many face products that contain natural rose and decided to give this a try after seeing it in my lightning deals. When I received my package everything was in tact and I had no separation in my product (not that I was worried). If you read the description of this product it does state it may desperate because it is natural and all you do is have to stir it up. The products color is white. The cream is light and has a natural floral scent. It absorbed into my skin quickly and did not leave an oily feel. I'm very excited this came across my deals. :) UPDATE: I've been using this cream for almost a week in the morning and before bed and I wanted to let others know how it is working for me. I do suffer from adult acne and on top of that my skin is very sensitive. In the past trying to find the right cleanser and moisturizer my skin would sometimes break out very badly or get sores that were not acne related but irritation from the product. I have a scar that is very deep on my chin from one of the high end products I tried. Since I started using this I've noticed the complexion of my skin is looking more even and my skin is clearing up. Blackheads have always been very troublesome for me and this has been helping me with those as well. I swear by this face cream and hope that someone with my same issues can give this a try and find some relief.

I purchased two products from this company. The Face Cream and the Vitamin C Serum. Once the product shipped I received an email from the company thanking me for my purchase and letting me know if I had any questions, they were there to help. The Vitamin C Serum came with instructions for use which I absolutely love! I am a 36 year old Asian-American woman with thin, super sensitive skin. I was not blessed with the gorgeous Asian skin unfortunately. I have monthly breakouts (and can have stress induced breakouts) and usually have those very small bumps on my upper jaw bone area, around the jaw- line and break out in between my eyebrows, on my cheeks and around the nose. I have started to get age spots on my upper lip area and cheeks. I have tried all sorts of skin care products from the affordable to the very expensive. I am writing this review because I truly appreciate REAL reviews from customers when researching what I should try next. I have only been using the product for a little over a week now (usually my skin will react by now) but I have to say that I really like this cream. It's moisturizing without leaving your skin oily. I started using a new face wash and it made my skin a little dry but this cream makes up for that and my make-up looks great all day! There is no scent to this cream and the size of the bottle is great. A little goes a long way. I will try to do another review after 60 days of use as that is the real test. But as of right now, I would recommend this product. I hope the quality, quantity, cost and the customer service continues as they grow.

UPDATE: So I hot the eye cream because I wasn't crazy about the face cream and I can definitely say I like the eye cream better. I'm adding it here because it was gifted by LilyAna & they really do have superior customer service! If you want something more moisturizing order this instead of the face cream💙, Okay, so I ordered this face cream, plus the Retinol and Vit. C serum. I haven't reviewed the others but so far I really like the retinol and love the vit. C serum but want to give it more time to use (only been 3 days) to review results. As for the cream, I could give it more time but I don't think it's going to work for me for the following reasons: 1. It goes on matte and doesn't make my face look dewy at all - at 48, unrealistically perhaps, I want dewy darn it! :-) Some might read this to mean I like to look greasy (so be it) I was using Loreal Hydra Renewal before which made my skin look great ($6 btw on Amazon Prime!) but I decided I wanted NO chemicals so I researched these and found they fit the bill PLUS great reviews. While I still think LilyAna Naturals is a GREAT company. I would ask them to either update the description of the cream or get one that has more of a moisturizing effect. 2. Also? I would like to see the creams (including Retinol) in a a jar and not a pump. Reason being, you can scrape a jar and get the last dregs out of it. How do I get the last remnants of cream out of a pump? Perhaps cut into the pump? Ha...watch me try. I love that the serum is in a glass bottle - I feel I can totally use all of it up! All that said: I DO think this cream is a good quality cream and I will keep it in the fridge because I think it's so natural that it needs to be refrigerated plus it feels better going on. I will NOT reorder this again. I may reorder the Retinol and Vit. C. I have just splurged and ordered some stuff form Riversol (a Canadian dermatologist who came up with a fairly natural skin line) because I got a free sample from them and liked their products. Bottom line? If you like a matte finish and have already oily skin? This product might work for you. If you're over 30, prone to med/dry skin and like a very natural look and or dewey/kind of almost shiny (I don't wear foundation) this may not be it for you. Good luck, I think the company is great and will review the Retinol and Vit. C serum in a few weeks once I see results (I hope :-)). Kat

This moisturizer is *fantastic*! I cannot say enough how great this is. I have the worst combination skin - my T-zone is always oily and my jawline and temples are often dry and flaky. I have tried so many different moisturizers that fix either the oiliness or the dryness, but not both. This is, no kidding, the first product that actually deals with both and doesn't exacerbate one end of my combination skin problem. It goes on light and smells wonderful, and my entire face is moisturized without feeling greasy. My skin absorbed it in less than a minute and feels younger, firmer, and smoother. While the price might seem a little out there for less than 2oz, you only need two small drops to cover the entire face. I have no doubt this will last me at least six months, and I will definitely be a return customer. Edit: I forgot to mention in my original review, but the customer service offered by this company is absolutely fantastic as well. After my purchase, I was sent a simple "thank-you" email; yes, these types of automated emails are a dime a dozen, but what I thought was really great was that the sender said I could reply directly to that email if I had any issues and I would get an actual human response! I'm not used to being so directly in contact with a company, and I am absolutely thrilled to see that LilyAna Naturals actually cares about the customer after the purchase.

Ya’ know those ads that say “97% of women surveyed saw significant improvement...” News flash: they only use women who haven’t moisturized their skin before. So you could mist plain water on their skin and see improvement! Well I have moisturized from my tatas to my hairline for 30 years. I’m 57 now. I have used just about every product on the market. Inexpensive to quite expensive. From drug stores to sales rep. purchases. This LilyAna FaceCream and their EyeCream are everything you’d use such creams for. They soften the smile lines around my eyes and the lines around my mouth. They leave my skin feeling supple. And here’s a big surprise for me; I’ve had minor recurring rosacea on my chin area all of my adult life. This FaceCream has lessened the appearance of that damn rosacea! My only pick is this: I wish they had slightly more fragerence. (Yes, VERY MINOR complaint) The EyeCream really has no scent, and the FaceCream has a very subtle rose scent. I have very adept olfactory powers, meaning I can detect subtle differences in many fragrances easily. So any creams or lotions that are too perfumed are annoying, and any that have a chemical smell are absolutely abhorrent to me. So when I say I wish this were MORE fragrant, trust me, the fragrance it has is lovely and I wish there were more of it. I have not been paid or offered free product for this review, in fact I like it so much that I just ordered my second container of the FaceCream. The FaceCream and the EyeCream come in the same size container, but you need just a pea size blob of the EyeCream while you’ll need one whole press of the FaceCream to cover your cleavage, neck and face. When I run out of my Trader Joe's Syrum, I'm gonna try the LilyAnna Syrum! Enjoy!

I'm in my late 40s, with dry, sensitive skin that's prone to rosacea breakouts, and I LOVE this cream. It's deeply nourishing and hydrating, with a gentle rose scent that isn't overwhelming. I've used a lot of creams over the years and this is my go-to from now on.
