Works great
For Roy that left the 1 star review, you have the bracket on upside down and backwards. It's not meant to be mounted that way. Try watching a video if you can't figure out how it's supposed to be put together. I installed this today at my camp as a setup for the new fridge. I did have some small leaks at the spots at the end of the the braided lines but these went away after a few minutes. It would be nice if it came with some documentation, but it's pretty straight forward.

No Instructions - EDIT: NOW INCLUDED BELOW
The seller QUICKLY provided the attached images, which satisfy the need for instructions and answers my questions! The hardware looks good. I see there are reviews with issues, and if I experience those then I will amend this later (I'm pretty good at coming back to reviews, believe it or not) but if you don't hear back then assume I'm please enough to keep the new five-star rating. ORIGINAL two-star review: Everything looks new, but there are no instructions. Those were probably left out when it was returned. I suppose technically it is new, but it was definitely a return. Honestly, it looks straight forward to set up. I just want to know what the dial settings are, and how the automatic cutover works. Does the dial only use one tank when it is selected and not automatically move? Does the dial move to the full or empty tank? At what pressure does it do that? All these questions would have been nice to have answers.

Don't buy it unless you feel like dumping propane into the atmosphere
Go find it somewhere else I made the mistake of buying two of these I have a slow leak on one side now and the first one blew out completely and drained a 30 lb tank while I was away I have one side cut off now and I am currently exploring another way to go about this but I have bought two of these things and both of them were bad

Mounting bracket is not suitable for wall mount
Updated Oct 24. I failed to notice the photo showing the bracket mounted on a post between2 propane tanks. My camper is not configured with the tanks side by side. My bust! The mounting bracket needs to be modified for mounting on a solid panel (please refer to photos). Unless you are prepared to modify the mounting bracket, this is not usable for flat panel mounting. I modified the bracket by cutting off the lower portion, sanded the edges and repainted the bare metal. The regulator does function properly and has been trouble free for several months now. I do not recommend buying this item for mounting on a panel unless you are prepared to modify the mount so it is usable. If your tanks are configured with a post to mount the regulator on as shown in their photos it should be a form fit replacement and I would recommend it. Good luck!

Works, but have a question regarding rated pressure...
What is the gas pressure rating for this Regulator? I cannot find it listed anywhere in the specifications. (I know what it should be, but can't see the information to verify.) We've bought this unit for our RV to assist with supply for our new Tankless water heater, which requires between 8 w.c. (1.99 kPa) & 13 w.c. (3.33 kPa) (w.c. = water column), or it won't operate properly. To those that are having problems with leaking - If you notice, there is a yellow ring of teflon tape for gas fittings that is included in the kit. This is similar to the white tape used on plumbing fittings. We had a small leak at the Pigtail connector to the main unit body. Use a small amount of soapy water (preferably in a sprayer) - spray on your connection points generously, then turn on your gas supply. We had tiny bubbles forming and... that is your leak. (because we hadn't used the tape). We put on the tape, about 4-5 turns- keep it tight, and don't get it in the end of the nozzle area - keep it on the threads. Tighten slightly with a wrench and no more leaks! We had to also do this on the main fitting at the bottom., as we had to use an adapter fitting here to match with our hose to the water heater. Again, No leaks after using the tape! Haven't had the opportunity to 'run out of gas' yet and switch tanks, so we can't write on that aspect. Maybe a follow-up later after we've been able to use it for a while.

Amazingly good quality!
I love you amazon! So great to be able to choose what products designs look better than to go to the store and only have one or two brands of curtain items to choose from. This gas regulator has exceeded my expectations for the price compered to local is fantastic. Thanks again I believe this price is very far for the quality.
