Fool proof
Brilliant product. Goes on smoothly. As it’s water based it cleans straight off your brush. Used it for my last kiln run. Did what it was meant to do. Also, as it’s green you can see exactly where you have put, if it goes anywhere by mistake a wet cloth easily takes care of it.

Good Wax Resist But More Expensive Than My Usual Supplier
It does the job well. It has a green dye added which is really useful to show you've covered the intended area. The colour will burn off in the kiln. I'm a Pottery Tutor and Technician and I ordered this as my usual supplier of wax resist was out of stock. It's better than theirs but quite a lot more expensive.

THICK and did not resist the glaze
This should be great but it is super thick and gloopy. The wax did not resist all the glazes at the studio. SUPER bummed because I love that it is green.

Too runny
Really disappointed with this wax. It’s way too runny. I tried to apply it to some underglazed parts, and it was so watery that it ran all over my piece and into parts I didn’t want to be waxed. I’m not sure how effective it would be - it seemed more like water than wax. Other reviews say it was too solid - so it sounds like they have some issues with making a product that’s the right consistency.

Easy to use
Recommend. Very easy to use. No heating needed. Goes on cleanly and smoothly. Clean up with soap and water. A much better alternative to messy parafin wax

Green to be seen!
The wax resist works great - goes on easily, spreads well with a brush. The best part is that since it's dyed a greenish tint, it dries that way, too! So I know exactly where it's at. I've been able to sand away some errant drops before glazing to keep my projects looking good.

This is perfect for pottery and dries green too. It's not too thick either. Like painting water on you pieces.
