Chilli Garlic Droëwors - High-Protein Beef Snack with a Chilli Bite, 1000g (2 x 500g)

Delicious, satisfying chew and flavour. The macros are absolutely perfect for a ketogenic diet. May seem pricey but 100g of this stuff is basically the same nutrition as an 8oz steak. Much better nutrition than whey or soy protein, and delicious at the same time, and a much cleaner list of ingredients, and not overly salty either. Keep them in your rucksack or gym bag, 2/3 sticks really fill a hunger gap and keep the fat% coming in high! Best Keto product I've found of the snack variety.

This is the best droewors we have found in the UK. It is full of flavour and has a lovely texture. Some of the batches we have had have a slightly wetter texture than some - when this is the case we simply leave the packet open on the side for a day to let them dry out a bit. A brilliant after school snack for the kids to keep them going till dinner time. Would really recommend these. This companys biltong is also fantastic - especially the peri peri one which isnt too spicy.

I love these! Almost no carbs, taste delicious and have a good amount of fat to compliment the protein! A No MSG Version would be nice though! I see some comments about these leaving a fatty coating in your mouth, which is correct but I am completely fine with it - it's a fatty protein food, so I kinda expect it. Will look for one with no MSG, but will likely get more of these in the meantime!

Look the flavour is there and the level of fattiness is low. So it’s all good, it’s delicious, but they do have an unhealthy amount of bone residue in. It’s not really what you want.

Fabulous quality and value, always have this in the cupboard.

Two immediate problems with this. 1) It's nothing like the picture 2) It doesn't taste of garlic or chilli The biltong is cut into chunks and not delivered as sticks as shown in the photograph. The biltong is soft (more like cheap salami texture) and has almost no flavour. There's a very, very slight lingering spice but it's almost unnoticeable and other than that it has no meat flavour whatsoever. You'll read the other reviews and buy it because it's cheap. Just be prepared for a cheap product that has none of the textural and flavour highlights of good biltong or jerky. Very disappointing.

this is half decent biltong, i like the fatty stuff the best. pity no venison or whole stick type options.
