Great little massager. Originally had ordered the kind that had arm slings and I found that to be cumbersome even after having read all the reviews. The power buttons were on the arm sling so you had to stop and adjust yourself to get the massage you wanted. No good for me. Ordered this one and immediately sat in a recliner with this one resting up around my neck and it worked. Last night I laid down and placed it under my back. I had to try a couple of positions but found some that really kneaded my tight muscles really well. This works for me. Happy with the purchase.

I already own one of these massagers, it works so well that I purchased another one to take on trips with me and be sure that I have the other one at my home! I also purchased one for my youngest daughter, she called me after using it for the first time and told that it was the bests thing that I had ever given her. She is 49 years old and has received many gifts from me, so this was a real hit!

Omg! Finally! I sit at my desk all day with that headache the generates from the base of my neck. I’ve bought dozens of things hoping it will alleviate the pain and nothing works, or it requires me to lie still on my back and do absolutely nothing for 30 minutes. That’s not possible for me. This helps so much! I could feel immediate popping in the base of my neck and the muscles relaxing !

Broken box and opened contents. This was a return. Not what I paid for. The product has a short strap on the back and doesn’t extend very much. The massage is weak and doesn’t come in close enough to massage the back of the neck. So, like the previous purchaser, I am returning it too.

I hope this product helps many as it has helped me. The knots and tension in my neck and shoulders from stress has been painful, leaving me unable to get a good night’s sleep. I try to get regular professional massages but they are not always available and can become costly. Unfortunately my stress continues and the massage relief fades away too quickly and the pain returns until my next appointment. Meanwhile, I’ve depended on Tylenol or Advil in between massage appointments, which I hate taking as they are bad for the liver. I took a chance ordering knowing I could return if it didn’t work for me however the relief I’ve gotten is truly remarkable. I might take a bit of time to find the best position and perhaps it might be a bit too much for some but I recommend placing a hand towel on the area between to help minimize any awkward pain. The heat it radiates is an added bonus and the remote is so convenient. I will be investing in another to keep in my car as it conveniently comes with a charging plug. I truly recommend this product for immediate relief. I wish I had found this earlier.

I ordered one and liked it so much that I ordered a second one six days later so that I could have one in the car and one in the house. I was ecstatic that it came with a car adapter. Unfortunately, one of the car adapters broke after only a few uses. I wasn’t too concerned because I had the second one, so I just swapped the cords. That car adapter broke after a few uses, too. I’m really disappointed that I can’t use it in the car because that is a huge selling point. I have to imagine that if both of mine broke within a short period of time, it must be a wider problem. Otherwise, I love how it is silent and gives a very smooth massage.

tldr: Adjustability consists of moving it around. It's got two sets of "fingers"; each moves in a circle. Changing the adjustable setting makes it run faster or slower, and the mode setting adds pauses of varying length in the kneading cycle. The heat is minimal, but helpful. Depth of the kneading is not adjustable, other than leaning on it less or more. It does work for what we need. more infos: Bought one for my mom and myself to share, and after using it for a bit myself, I had one piece of advise for mom: do NOT lean hard until you figure out how it works! It is *intense*. Not sure why the pictures show people lying down on it. If you lie down on it, it will be way too intense, IMO, and will wear out quickly. If you place it against the chair, and lean on it according to how deeply you'd like it to work, then it works very well. I move it up and down as needed, flipping it so the massage fingers are on the lower end to address low back issues, and it works very well, so far. It takes between 10 and 15 minutes, moving it every 2-3 minutes, to treat my whole back, and a couple more if i want to spend the time on my neck area. I haven't used it on anything other than the spinal area of my back (center only) and neck, so I'm not sure how well it would work on any other areas. We have an outlet within 5 feet of the recliner where we use it, so the cord length is not a problem for us, but keep that in mind, if it concerns you.
