trying to quit, not going great but it at least is better than the generics at both helping and taste.

It helped me quit smoking....now I need to quit the gum! The flavor and nicotine seems to last longer than the generic or other brands. The only downside is that its expensive. All I can say is it works

I was trying to get away from Zyn for gum health and heartburn/stomach aches the 6ers were giving me. 4MG actually gets you buzzing like a 6mg Zyn, a little goes a long way. This stuff is delicious. I chew 2mg pretty regularly now and I'm assuming I'm weaning off using this stuff intermittently. It's got to be healthier than adderall when used for focusing, which is what I've been substituting for.
