Best Folding knife I've ever purchased. I would buy 10 more just to have on standby. the weight feels great in hand. feels sturdy. spring loaded speed feels excellent. the length of blade and handle is great for large hands. the design of the knife by far is the best. the lock is secure. the only thing i dislike is the flipper tag. it works good it feels good but when the knife is stored in pocket it sticks out too much.

I purchased this knife to replace a Shrade magic-assist blade that I had purchased several years ago. WOW! I was impressed with this Smith & Wesson's folding knife. It is the perfect all-round utility knife that I use on everything from breaking down boxes to cutting through zip ties and more! The value I have received from this durable, well-built knife exceeded my expectations. The feel of this knife is far more natural and friendly to my palm than the Schrade I used before. The lock is far superior, too, ensuring it never comes undone in my pocket. Finally, the size of this knife was even larger than I imagined meaning I can use it for even more applications - including the serrated cutting edge for appropriate uses like on cutting dowls when necessary. Definitely worth the money I spent!

This knife is sick and my new edc. Sleek design, super solid build quality, perfect size and weight, sharp blade, and the assist and safety work great. Spring is fast and easy to use. Love that it can be be flipped open with both index or thumb action. 10/10 would recommend.

This knife feels great in your hand and is super useful. I use mine at least 1-4 times a day, and my family/friends use it a couple times a week (because they know I always carry it). I definitely feel the lack if I forget it. Good serrated part. Decent at cutting. I've had the blade in the pictures for about a year, so you can see the wear. I haven't sharpened it yet, but I will when I need to. I've bought 4 or 5 of this specific blade style, and 3 or 4 of the tanto bladed version of this knife (black, 2 blue, 1 red) by Smith & Wesson over the past 5 years. Suffice to say I love this knife. My husband and I have matching blades, mine being the drop tip in the pictures, his being the tanto point. I've lost one, and one was stolen, my husband broke his because he would sit and flick it open about 300-400 times a day (literally) for 5 or 6 months. The knife would still open and work just fine, but the "magic assist" was shot. One of the screws of the clip came off after a long while, but those are replaceable. I've bought this knife for my brother-in-law, twice since his broke at work and he was really sad about it. Definitely purchase this, you'll be extremely pleased!

I've been using this knife daily for the past two years. I am a truck driver and use it to cut shrink wrap, plastic banding, as a screw driver, hammer, etc. It gets abused and is still rock solid. The safety switch is plastic and I have not had any issues with it. It is a hefty reliable and good looking knife. It is painted so the blade will scratch though to the bare metal with use and the handle paint will wear through as well. The handle actually looks quite nice even with the wear. It fits in my pocket clipped and while it is a little thick, it isn't too thick as to bulge out and catch on things as you move around. The clip is very strong and doesn't allow the knife to get pulled loose by your seat belt or if you brush up against things. The clip hasn't lost its tension after two years of daily use as well. It is built with an open back bone on the handle so dirt and debris can pass though and not build up inside it. Truly a great knife. I have given a few away as gifts and the recipient always loves it.

Very cool knife, not too bulky as well. Had it fot a couple months now. Main flaws thus far with me are as follows. Blade paint wears off rather fast, paint on handel is worn down at the high points on the grip. The lock got very hard to opetate for a time then kinda fixed itself, the blade gets a slight wobble after time. And it dulls kinda quick...but with all that said i still like it. Always has that wow factor with people, and its quick and conveniant. I dont mind working on its edge too much so it desnt bother me, nor does the paint wear it builds character lol. I love the serrations, they are extreamy sharp and eazy to keep sharp as well. They kick ass imo. Im not to noce to this either. It goes from concrete bags to being a screwdriver, then sometimes even stripping wire. All in all i like it for the coolness and convenience. I dont see it lasting allot longer for how i use it but we will see!

I purchased this knife because I used my roommate's S&W Black Ops Knife and absolutely loved it. Our relationship initially started out a bit rocky (I accidentally cut him off in traffic before I moved in) but now we're knife brothers and couldn't be happier. We even occasionally touch the tips of our knifes together making reference to the movie "Your Highness". Overall this is a great knife, the spring assist open is perfect for one handed knifing. I find myself constantly playing with it because of how awesome it looks, sounds, and feels. It's like an adult fidget spinner! Build quality is solid, it's been dropped a few times and still looks new. Fresh out of the box its sharp as cat claws, and it's definitely one of the sharper knives I've owned. Oh, and the safety is pretty sweet if you're carrying in your pocket and don't want to get pocket knifed.
