Strong but confusing
I've never used anything like this before. I suppose it's similar to essential oils, but for cooking. I was making a curry that required limes to be added to it, as there currently exists no unwaxed limes on the market. So I bought this, and it's good. Strong flavour. Strong scent. And the reason I think this is valuable for money is because it probably works out cheaper than buying actual limes. My only gripe with this which is a huge issue that almost ruined my curry, is the fact it has no measurements on the bottle. 1ml = 20 drops is not useful information. Other than how much it has, so roughly 300 drops. The problem is, each drop is so strong you cannot figure out what it equates to, whether it's 3 drops for a whole lime in cooking, or what. I put too many drops in, and it did make it a bit too limey. I didn't track how many drops. I just assumed like everyone else it would be a waste of money either way, and it's not. It is really strong.

Great taste but beware
Bought this to make some mango flavoured cake as me and my partner had some lovely cakes on holiday. First thing with this is when you open it just to smell, there’s an explosion but a good one, it’s smells absolutely wonderful. Don’t be fooled by the size as you don’t need a lot of it (learned that by my own mistake). The one thing i would say is it’s not 100% mango flavoured cake but you definitely taste it but a tiny aftertaste. The colour is a bit light so if you want the yellow look just add some food colouring. Overall it is not too bad, good taste quality, good size.

Decent Quantity, But Flavor Tastes Chemical
The taste is the main disappointment. It comes across as very artificial/chemical, which is not what I expected from a natural flavouring. It works fine for baking ability, but the final flavor profile is too synthetic.

Extraordinary
I bought this flavouring because Schweppes have seemingly discontinued their grapefruit tonic water. I was sceptical about the "high strength" claim and I was 100% wrong: after some experimentation it turns out that five tiny drops into a pint glass of regular tonic water is enough to provide a strong grapefruit flavour. Five drops! I am genuinely amazed. I don't know how they've done it, and I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't tried it myself. On the off-chance that you're a fellow mourner of our departed grapefruit tonic: stop mourning and order yourself a bottle of this stuff. Five drops - ridiculous, but somehow true. Astonishing.

Tastes like bitter aloes
I follow a ketogenic lifestyle and bought this flavouring to add a creamy vanilla taste to baked goods, ice cream, shakes and sauces. Unfortunately, even the tiniest drop leaves a terrible synthetic taste in the mouth and you need far more than a tiny drop to taste the custard flavour! For those old enough to remember bitter aloes as a nail-biting preventative, this is flavouring would achieve the same effect if painted on fingernails. It also smells like chemical fumes when you open the bottle, which really isn't a great first impression. I assume that ultra-high sugar recipes may somehow mask the taste but neither allulose nor erythritol achieve that feat. To be perfectly fair in my testing, I used this to make ice cream, cinnamon rolls, cheesecake, shakes, brioche, waffles, caramel sauce and sweet browned butter. It completely ruined everything I used it in - giving everything a bitter, chemical taste in the mouth. Waste of money for the product and a waste of all the ingredients this ruined.
