Yes, they are like straws filled with honey. The straws are shorter and smaller than a regular drinking straw from a restaurant and are a bit thicker. To use just crack the end open and drizzle over your yogurt or tea. Like I mentioned, they are a bit tougher than a regular straw and can travel well in a container for food.

Can you put this in tea?

Yes, but open the straw-like container to release the honey into the tea. I wouldn't just put the straw-like container into your tea because I don't think they are intended to melt into a hot liquid.
