Small and lovely
Great quality and good illustrations! The size is small and practical as it can easily fits in a bag and travel everywhere with you. The baby can easily follow the illustrations and engaging well with it!

No problem about the size - standard for these sets
This is a nice little set of 4 books - clear, pleasant pictures, perfect first books. I look at them with my 5 week old and he seems interested in the images, and I talk about the pictures and the noises the animals make, what parts of the face are called, etc. The main reason for writing this review is to reassure people about the size: these books are small, but they are the standard size for these little sets of 4 board books. If you’re already a parent you’ll probably have some of these sets already - they are perhaps 9x9cm. Reading some of the reviews, I was a bit concerned that they would be about half that size! They’re intended to be small - easy to pop in a bag when you’re out and about, and a good size for a baby, as they can see the whole image at one time, rather than having to scan around a larger picture. This is a nice set at a very reasonable price, I recommend it.

Smaller than expected
Smaller than expected, approx size of a pack of cards. Most pages are black and white with colour rather than just monochrome. Feel robust with thick pages. Not expensive. Mixed feelings. Probably would have passed on them if saw them in a shop.

Never looked at the size. So was shocked with how small they were. They were brought as a gift. They like them and what they wanted.

Gorgeous books but damaged.
The books are very small, very cute and I love them. However, unfortunately one book has arrived damaged. The photo with my finger on is for size reference and also shows where the writing has come away. Would be 5 stars if not for the damage.
