Hello! The Finale can be used with the 5 point harness until the child is 65 lbs or 49", and as a booster with a child 100 lbs or 52". The highest harness slot is 16.5" from the seat bottom.

How wide is this on the bottom and at its widest point?

Good afternoon! The two legs the Finale rests on are about 9" apart. The bottom seat portion is about 17" wide and the widest point (at the shoulders) is 18.25" wide.

Does the seat come put together? Trying to see if Grandma can put together?

Hello. The Finale will not require assembly, however, the harness system will need to be adjusted to fit the child properly. The cup holder will need to be installed.
