Once mixed with butter and pressed into the pan, it baked up beautifully and held together perfectly when slicing. I also love that it comes in a resealable bag. The crumb is uniform, and the taste is excellent. It tastes like true graham crackers, not too sweet, just the right amount of sugar. To me, the price is great! I'll be buying them again.
