Great burger recipes
We are loving this book as we are cooking as a family anf it's fun. We hear a new one is coming out and we will get that as well. It fun to see how and what others are cooking.

THE Burger Book!
My husband is a "burger guy" - he could eat them every day. This book is not about toppings. It has great tips for ingredients, tools, cooking techniques, and "burger architecture" that will apply to any burger you make in the future. The book features George Motz's versions of regional classic burgers. The photos are enticing and make your mouth water. Many of the burgers make this Texas girl drool...and a few of them make me cringe...but they are regional favorites for a reason, and I'll willing to give them a go. My husband is happy...he's got a year's worth of burgers planned out for us.

Una bibbia dell’hamburger americano, un’opera mastodontica: c’è letteralmente tutto, tutte o quasi tutte le ricette di ogni panino divise per ogni stato americano, il tutto sagacemente affiancato da foto straordinarie (che oggigiorno sono un must, altrimenti mi guardo un video sennò). Ho gia replicato 3 ricette, dalle quali son venuti dei panini spaziali, è come avere gli Stati Uniti a portata di mano. Libro consigliatissimo!

Truly a fantastic book about burger history
I discovered George Motz through the First We Feast burger videos on YouTube so this book was an essential addition to my love of burgers. It's fascinating and inspiring. George has a great writing style and I really appreciate the effort it must have taken to create this book; and the amount of burgers he must have eaten. Haha. This is definitely a book for any burger lover.
