The PERFECT Japanese Rice!
This is my first experience with trying genuine Japanese rice and I have to say that it was so easy (if not a little time consuming, but it is SO WORTH IT!). All you do is make sure you wash the rice in cold water about 5 times, until the water is almost clear, and then follow the instructions on the box if you want to. I decided to get a genuine Japanese rice instruction recipe from Google (Recipe Tin Japan) and the process was simple and straightforward. I will never cook rice in any other way from now on as the results were absolutely perfect. Lovely sticky rice to go with my homemade chicken teriyaki was a winner and is now a firm favourite with my daughter and her other half. Yes, this rice is a bit pricey but if you want authenticity then this is it. I will never go back to serving long grain rice with my Japanese recipes. Need to buy a few boxes next time as it goes very quickly in this house! Very highly recommended. Packaging and delivery was brilliant as usual from Amazon Prime! I am a very happy customer!

Taste really good!
Really sticky and smells good, it’s shape it’s round and chubby, so it taste so much better than the other long and slim shape rice!

Excellent sushi rice, recommended
Taste and texture like restaurant sushi rice and very well packaged. Personally, I prefer to wash the rice before cooking and add a little less water (1.4 to 1 instead of 1.5 as instructions) - right softness but not overly sticky and thus easier to mix with sushi vinegar without breaking the grains. Much better than UK supermarket sushi rice
