TPOB Slime 2 Candy Edition Barber Hair Clippers for Men 6800 RPM with Matte Pink Case and Taper Blade

Before purchasing these I have been using the Babyliss Boost+ clippers and Wahl gold magic clips and the Babyliss silverFX prior. SilverFX was trash for it’s price level; battery life was hot garbage and the frequency at which you have to remove the blades to clean all of the hair that gets trapped and bogs them down is ABSURD! (That goes for the Boost+ as well) Wahl gold magic clips are just entirely too loud and I despised them. The TPOB Candy Clippers legitimately fix every issue I’ve stated above. They cut like an absolute dream, they’re insanely quiet, super lightweight, so incredibly easy to keep clean, and the battery life is amazing! Also, THE PRICE POINT… insane. The quality of this clipper is far beyond it’s price. Couldn’t possible recommend these any more highly! I’ve let two of my coworkers use them and they’re both waiting on theirs to arrive. Do yourself a favor and ditch these corporate duds and support TPOB. You won’t regret it.

These clippers are awesome! They aren't too loud, fit in my hand really nicely, have the perfect weight to them, and i love that they tell you how much charge is left and when they need to be oiled. The blades give a really crisp cut- no pulling or tugging on the hair and i love that they are cordless, so I'm not tripping over any cords. My clients also love that you can see through them and the bright colors - big hit in the salon

I am not a trained professional. I started cutting my husband's hair. The clippers I started with had a chord and I hates it getting in my way. I saw these and had to have them because I live for pink things. Here's the scoop. They stay charged for a long time. They come with everything you need even a charging stand. If you are a professional They have a professional look and feel. If you're not a professional you'll feel like one. The color is everything. The attachments snap on and off easily. They provide an even cut. My only negative thing to say is that the attachments do feel a little flimsy but on the bright side that does make it easier to switch them. I

I absolutely love these clippers for the little kids in my chair. They’re quiet and the kids like how they’re see through. They will cut through any type of hair, so that’s a bonus. They’re also amazing for blending. Now, the downside….the battery life sucks. I’m not sure if I just got a bad pair because 2 of coworkers have the same ones and their batteries are great. But I can barely make it through the sides and back of one cut before they die. They have to stay on the charger constantly so I have to alternate between TPOB and my babyliss clippers. Upside is they do charge really fast too. I’m thinking or ordering a different model to see if I have the same issue.

UPDATE: After a while, the battery figured itself out. Went back to using them as normal but then the lever stopped working and they don’t work at all now. Only had these 8 months. Will not be buying these or anything from TPOB again. Their customer service is crappy at best. I am a professional barber averaging about 15 cuts a day. I REALLY wanted to love these and at first, I did. The weight and design concept is nice. Not very heavy to hold and I liked the colored guard system. I only bought these in August and after taking the best care I possibly could (oiling between uses, removing the blades and deep cleaning them 1-2x a week, etc) I noticed that no matter how tight I screw the blades back on after cleaning, the cutting blades keep coming loose mid haircut, and just yesterday my battery life rapidly reclined. I can’t perform a single 30 minute haircut without them dying.

I normally cut my boy’s hair at home and my husband cuts his low and tight and we stick with Wahl. But after having to replace them year after year, I realized we we only buying them because we were familiar with the brand. That’s it. Well cyber Monday rolls around and the Wahl’s are DOA again and the kids look like I could mop the floor with their heads. I typed hair buzzers in the search bar and these pop up. Super cute color but which one to choose? The pink (candy) has the head I’m familiar with, but is it worth an unfamiliar brand? The Wahls were $39 and these were $50. Had excellent reviews from people that sounded genuine and like they knew what they were talking about, were cordless yet still powerful RPM’s, (I can now do summer cuts outside on the porch without extension cords, win-win, ) has all the attachments, power base and cord just need the power bank (wall outlet) Cut like butter, no pull, and quiet. Looks like a professional cut with out the professional. Worth every cent. I recommend taking the risk, worst comes to worst you can return hassle free though Amazon. But, this so far is my favorite Cyber Monday find, and my husband’s and kids. 👍😎

I am a professional hairstylist. I have had these clippers for 6 months. I initially loved these clippers. They are a good weight for the hand and cut very well. They did hold a good charge for the entire day. But now they drain of a charge very fast. They go from 100% to 1% after only 4 clipper cuts. They charge back to 100% very fast. But I don’t like how it drains so fast after only a few cuts.
