Screw holes were messed up
The screw holes were messed up had to go buy a tap and die set for $80 to be able to assemble the bed. Something that’s pre assembled shouldn’t have these issues. Using the tap and die was easy and it is a nice bed, but had i known the issue I wouldn’t buy it. If you really like the bed then obviously you can get it and overcome the issue, I just didn’t want to return it, I hate returning things, but I wouldn’t recommend. Also the middle legs don’t touch the ground before there’s weight on the bed, even if you extend the legs as far out, you’ll completely unscrew them before they reach where the foot and head of the bed touch, but that coooouuldd be my floors, so I’m not 100% on that one. I live in a pretty old building and I don’t know how level the floors are so that’s why I say I’m not sure. It looks pretty much just as pictured, if you really like it definitely still get it but if you’re on the fence then these are things to consider. I didn’t rate the storage because I haven’t built the drawers yet, the top is really nice it’s nice to have somewhere to put small things and charge your devices right on the bed. I am re submitting 5 stars instead because of the outstanding customer service. Like I said I liked the bed and there were issues building it, after seeing their attentiveness to the issue and their persistence to make things right I would honestly say if you like the bed absolutely get it because even if you bump into issues like we did I have no doubts the company will make it right just as they did with me. Also! I did build the drawers now and they’re huge so it definitely has saved me a lot of space being able to put stuff neatly under the bed. I also have actually slept on it every night basically since building it and I can say it’s a sturdy and not entirely silent but for sure quiet bed. I’ve enjoyed the purchase so far and don’t regret taking the extra step to make the product work. It’s also really nice at the headboard it’s basically a nightstand with how much space you get for little things up there.

Sturdy, with nice drawers
We bought this as an upgrade from our 20-year-old Queen sleigh bed. While it does not have the regal elegance of solid wood frame, it does have a modern look and a much lighter weight. I never expected to save room when moving up to a King. Yet the compact nature of this item has saved me a about 16 inches of room at the foot of the bed. Power outlet is nice but have not used it much at this point. Since I use my phone as a clock, having to get up to look at it on the headboard has been useless. We are still using bedside tables allowing time check without getting up. I do not yet trust the wobbly diffuser over my head. It shows no signs of wobbling, but since I now have a foam mattress, I have to use the headboard to pull myself out. My wife really likes the drawers. It is sturdy. Thanks primarily to me, it gets a 500 lb test every night. No issues yet. Make sure to pack your patience. It takes a little bit of time to put together and you will have styrofoam pieces everywhere. We were concerned about the mattress sliding off the bottom, but there is a small lip on the footboard that will hopefully keep it secure. Nice bed at a nice price.

Easy to assemble
Okay so I really wanted this to be like “I love it” but I was kinda disappointed in the way the drawers on the bottom are made. Very cheesy to be honest. BUT, the overall look of the bed is very nice! I love the metal and wood together, it doesn’t look too industrial which is nice! The drawers should have been put on slides but other than that, I really like the bed! Sturdy and doesn’t make noise when getting in and out of bed. My 9 month old still sleeps with us in our room and he stays asleep when my husband gets up for work in the morning! So that’s a definite plus!

What a hefty frame!!
This is our first time with a king bed and maaannn we've been missing out. This frame is pretty great. SOLID. We have a 2 year old that jumps on the bed and it seems very sturdy-doesn't wiggle at all, no creaking noises. It was a chore to assemble, but everything was in the packaging as needed and the instructions were clear. It took about 45 minutes to put it all together. The pieces are all very heavy so you better have it laid out where you intend to keep said frame--baby that thing is NOT moving. 10/10 not looking forward to disassembly when we move. The storage drawers offer a great bit of space for spare sheets, blankets-whatever else you want to hide under the bed. They roll out smoothly over both wood floors and carpet. We need a new box spring so without it-making the bed on this frame is a pain in the butt-the sheets get caught in the support rods, but that is an "us problem" with not having our box spring. The charging ports at the head of the bed are really nice. We keep our baby monitor plugged in and we can charge phones without having to use big charges on the nightstands.

Very pleased
I love this frame and we have had it for a couple years now. It can be a bit difficult to put together by yourself, but is totally doable, and it is very sturdy. I don’t use the storage drawers, and I will say that they are fabric on the inside that attaches to wire baskets, and they are not sealed off. I wouldn’t recommend storing anything like clothes or blankets in them that could get dusty or the occasional house pest can mess up. I just like them because they cover the area under the bed, and are easily removable to sweep or vacuum underneath. Would definitely recommend as an affordable option for a bed frame that looks nice as well.

5* Bed with 1* Features
This bed is really great except when it comes to a few things... 1 - OUTLET- is on the 2nd shelf, not the top one. This is an issue bc your plug has to be limber enough to bend because the width between the top and 2nd shelf is as wide as my fist... Also the plugs are side by side horizontally and not vertically which makes it so my Samsung phone charger is the only thing that can be plugged in as it covers the other outlet. 2- GAP- in the bed that my pillows find and fall to my wood floors beneath. Also gap at the foot of the bed where we have to make sure gets covered with a comforter so the pets don't break a leg if they jump up and miss. 3- DRAWERS- are cheap! They aren't on a track. They "free wheel" on the floor and there's a screw you will put in upon assembly that is guaranteed to lose after normal wear and tear. This screw supposedly goes in a hole to latch on the bed for ??? Your guess is as good as mine.. plus the drawer comes with a plastic canvas sheet with Velcro, yes Velcro, to attach to the flimsy wire drawer racks. The bed itself is great. Seems very sturdy, but just be educated on the disadvantage I've listed... plus all the tools (2 of them) are included, you don't need anything else (although we grabbed our own screwdriver for better comfort). Took my partner and I about 3 hours to assemble. It was a nice little project to work on together, although 1 person could do it, the shipping box with contents is ~120lbs, keep that in mind.

Great bed overall, assembly can be tricky
Overall I like the bed, it looks great aside from a couple of very small places where the finish came peeled slightly. There were 3 issues that I had with the bed assembly overall. I put the bed together myself and it took about 2.5 hours total. The issue were that 1) the pictures that were zoomed in could have shown a larger cross section with direction indication. 2) There are a couple pieces that are basically identical with the only way to know which way it should go is by looking at the end cap. 3) The drawers were probably my biggest complaint of the whole thing. The wirer drawers had to be pushed and bent back (sort of) into shape as they were also slightly disformed. Also the "locking" mechanism to keep the drawer closed and aligned seems like someone just gave up when designing and said, lets just put a screw and a hole to lift it to. Lastly, the liner for the bottom of the drawers just don't seem to fit properly. I am probably going to look for a better solution for the drawer bottoms in the future. Despite the assembly issues I would still buy again.
