After trying countless sunscreens that either left me feeling like I was wearing a mask or contained ingredients I’d rather avoid, I finally found a winner with Alba Botanical SPF 30 sunscreen. This product delivers exactly what I want from sun protection without the usual compromises. The texture is what initially won me over. Unlike so many sunscreens that sit heavily on your skin or create that dreaded cakey feeling, this one absorbs beautifully and feels surprisingly lightweight. I can apply it liberally without feeling like I’m wearing armor, which means I’m actually more likely to reapply throughout the day. What really sets this apart is the clean ingredient list. Alba Botanica has clearly put thought into formulating without the harsh chemicals that have been getting attention lately. It’s reassuring to know I’m protecting my skin from UV damage without exposing it to potentially problematic ingredients in the process. The sun protection itself is solid and reliable. I’ve worn this during long beach days, hiking trips, and daily outdoor activities without any burning or irritation.

Bought this to use in Cozumel at the beach because it was biodegradable. I unpackaged it at the beach and it would not spray. The spray mechanism is defective. Apparently it is a nonreturnable/nonrefundable item. Besides not being able to return it, my daughter and I ended up getting significantly burnt while at the beach in Cozumel.

I love the wide spray this brand has. I always feel like I get full coverage of protection.

Easy to use and no overwhelming smell. My husband is very picky with sunscreen and no complaints from him at all.

This spray is terrible! I was able to use it once while at the beach and since then the nozzle doesn't work anymore. I've tried shaking the bottle and placing the nozzle under running hot water and nothing happens. I'm very disappointed in this spray suntan lotion.

My skin is sensitive to sunscreens, but this oil-based one works really well. It does get a little greasy so be sure to rub it in, or buff gently with a towel to remove any excess. It smells wonderful, and protects my skin without breakouts (I do not use it on my face). The only issue I have is that occasionally I will receive a can with a defective cap. The locking mechanism needs to be removed in order to use the sunscreen, which is less than ideal.
