Recovery necessity
Great for recovery, my husband loves it. It’s pricey but if you are an active adult it’s a great investment for your body. Super user friendly and does what it’s meant to!

Good and Bad
Good news: this attachment can squeeze super strongly - stronger than the leg attachement (and this can be adjusted down of course). Bad news (for me): I just didn't get the same relief as my legs. Could be me.

They hurt… a lot. May be good for others. It’s not what I want or need in terms of recovery. Hyperice is a great company with wonderful products. This one just isn’t for me.
