For me the safety mechanism is the unique selling point of these seceteaures which is much better than my current two good quality seceteaures. I feel safer and more confident using it and it so much easier to handle than my two current good quality seceteaures. It cuts cleanly and easily and more comfortable to grip than my two other seceteaures. Great value for money. The long seceteaures which I have bought from the vsame.company are also brilliant to use. I am a 68 year old weak female with poor grip and lack of strength. These seceteaures are perfect for me. The simple safety mec hanism leaves me feeling safer. So much easier to handle than my other two good quality seceteaures. Safety is of paramount importance to me as my hands are weak and painful and I am very clumsy. The safety mechanism is consistently reliable for me as I am very clumsy and often fingers and thumbs with anything in my hands. This tool is perfect for me from a safety point of view. For this reason I would highly recommend it.

I found these pruning shears to be very sharp and easy to use. The closure retaining clip on the end of the handle is a nice touch and doesn't get in the way when using the shears. They fit well into my slightly smaller hands and the handles are well shaped. Only slight issue I have is that the metal handles appear to have thin shrink wrapped tubing on them for cushioning - this has a habit of slipping and has no effective cushioning in place. A proper dipped handle or better cushioning would be better and make then more comfortable to use. Other than that I'm very happy with them.

Great secateurs. I've given up buying really expensive ones. Love the opening mechanism and they are sharp. Can't comment on how well they will last.

These pruning shears are EXACTLY the same as Wilkinson Sword's Razorcut Comfort Bypass Pruner, but cheaper! If you're familiar with Wilkinson Swords old Razorcut model, then you'll know about the 'Squeeze me' to open mechanism - consisting of a metal spring loaded lever, that simply unlocks the pruners by giving the handles a gentle squeeze. [PLEASE NOTE: Wilkinson Sword have recently revised their model by eliminating this mechanism and replaced the metal lever with an inferior (non-spring loaded) plastic one. You can NO LONGER buy Wilkinson Sword Pruners with the 'squeeze me' to open mechanism - even though they currently still advertise this feature]. Despite also being exactly the same size as the Wilkinson Sword version, these Tabor pruners have an even larger opening jaw, allowing for a larger cutting diameter (see side-by-side photos of the two models). Will cut 23-24mm diameter no problem. Very comfortable ergonomic contour with rubber inlay on the handles. Total length (tip of blades to bottom of handle) : 205mm Spring is held in place firmly and will not fall out if dropped or knocked like the traditional foil-type coil that you see on other pruners or secateurs. Highly recommended. You'll have a hard time finding anything better!

Over the years I have bought many different makes of secateurs. These have to be the best to date. They are very sharp, nice to hold and cut like a dream.

quite light but seem to be very sharp. just used a couple of times so cant tell but they seem like very good value for money. I am left handed and no problems using these shears

Die Gartenschere ist gut verarbeitet und konnte die letzten Wochen im Garten zeigen, was sie drauf hat. Sie liegt gut in der Hand und die Klinge ist hart genug, Äste zu schneiden ohne zu verschleißen. Auch nach Großeinsatz volle Punktzahl. Ich glaube ich habe einen langfristigen Begleiter gefunden. Von mir klare Kaufempfehlung.

Super sécateur que j'utilise au quotidien en pépinière. Il coupe aussi bien les branches que les feuilles fines. Je l'affute 1 à 2 fois par mois avec l'affuteur SHARPAL 129N, c'est très efficace. Donc très content de cet achat.
