NO MS-OFFICE
The laptop is good touch, is working fine, the screen is a little bit small as it is provided with 13.3 screen. For the price offered, as I bought in for 750, it is value for money. The quality of the camera is ok, and the sound is good. The setup is easy. But one major drawback is that it is not provided with MS Office; it would be better if it had included it.

Wonderful device
I was initially skeptical about this laptop, but after testing its efficiency with complex tasks and calculations, I can say it's an impressive device. It's also lightweight and easy to carry while traveling. The battery lasts a long time, although it's not quite at the level of a MacBook. Nevertheless, after spending 7-8 hours working, it's time to head home. Approved!

Disappointing software doesn't want to download otherwise it's a pretty laptop
Very pretty laptop and was nice to experiment with. But the software is not good enough, like downloading didn't work sometimes or when I downloaded it took a long time. I enjoyed some aspects of it like using it as a tablet etc the audio and keyboard is pretty good too.

This Samsung Laptop has exceeded my expectations. I have successfully transferred all my files and re-installed all my apps. It comes on immediately, I open the lid, and the graphics screen is so clear & vibrant colors! It is very light and easy to carry.
