I purchased this unit and it was defective. I put in for an exchange and they got it to me overnight. So impressed. The replacement works perfect and I have planted my first seeds. I was so shocked to see that some of the seeds had already started to germinate. This product is superior as far as I am concerned, and the seller obviously cares about the customer.

This seed starter tray kit was almost too easy to set up and use. I ended up with too many vegetable and herb seedlings that I had to give some of them to neighbors and friends. It arrived sooner than advertised, I set it up the same day and within 10 days I had 2 full trays of seedlings. Highly recommend. It's small and compact and fits on top of our small mini-fridge, but the yield is anything but small.

Seems to be working great so far. Anxious to see everything sprout. 🌱

The lights worked for a month then quit working. SUPER disappointed in this. There's not even an option for customer support to replace the not working lights. Don't waste your money on this.

These starter trays were perfect!!! Easy and I was able to start my herbs and vegetables to be strong prior to planting and luckily after a freeze came through! I will be buying another pair for next years crop!

Love love love this starter tray for seedlings!!! I had tried to start seedlings before - unsuccessfully several times but got this setup after this summer was over and started a whole tray of stuff that is currently growing inside my greenhouse. I appreciated the the extra depth to the cover. Now I brought in my herbs and I am keeping them thriving with the lights. Appreciate the value for extended use!! My brother saw the setup when I started the seedlings and he immediately order a set also.

This is great for starting seeds - once I figured out how to best use it, I've gotten 100% seed germination across a wide range of vegetables and flowers (cucumber, melon, tomato, sunflower, basil, and more). A word of advice: don't keep the tray fully closed for more than 1-2 days at a time. It is very effective at trapping warmth and moisture even with the air holes open, and if you don't open it for air flow you will be growing more mold/fungus than plants in no time. What I have found to be a perfect setup: - a small USB fan that keeps air circulating through the moisture holes on top. Don't keep this on all the time but do run a couple of hours a day, especially right after watering. - little cardboard inserts to prop open the tray to allow some moisture to escape - heating mat under the seed tray (don't set it too high as the tray is very effective at trapping warmth even partially open) - (optional) a soil-blocking kit to make soil blocks rather than using the included seed trays. I rest them on top of a sheet of tin foil, as cardboard and wax paper both got moldy quickly. Happy germinating!

It seemed like it would be a great setup but the lights died within a month of use. Don’t waste your money, I’m extremely disappointed in this product. Not like any other lights fit on them. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Updated: they refunded me for it after my initial 1 star review so customer service is at least decent so I raised it for only that reason.
