It’s perfect.
Perfect. I’ve never used an invisible zip. I’ve always used ordinary zips in an invisible way. I thought it was time to learn to do it properly. I should have checked first, then I would have seen that I’d already bought this zipper foot in the past. Whoops! It won’t be wasted, a nice little cracker filler all ready and waiting.

Does the job, not as good as branded foot but a fraction of the cost
Not as lean as the actual janome invisible foot zip, but absolutely does the job for a fraction of the cost (£2.60 versus £20) the zipper hole is smaller than you'd expected so you just have to hold your zipper up

Didn't work
Bought this months ago and only just tried it out. Sewed in one side of the zip and couldn't close it. Didn't lift the zip out of the way so stitches were catching in the teeth of the zip. NOTcompatible with brother sewing machines. Bought the official brother concealed zipper foot and worked like a dream. Dont waste your money.
