Typhoo Decaf (More In Every Brew) 80 Premium Teabags Pack 1

Best tasting decaffeinated black tea that I've found.Their regular caffeinated Typhoo black tea is one of the boldest teas I've ever had, so it makes sense that their tea could stand up to the weakening of being decaffinated, better than other teas.I recommend steeping it much longer than regular, even 10 minutes.Long steeping deepens the flavor, but does not induce bitterness, because apparently it's mostly the caffeine that increases bitterness.I can now have a cuppa, with milk, in the evening, and it's just fine.

Excellent tea, tasty, was a good price

I’ve switched to decaf tea on the recommendation of my doctor. A long-time fan of regular Typhoo, I have found their decaf variety to provide a very similar and pleasing flavor. I don’t miss the caffeine.

I am a tea snob since I was raised by two Irish parents who really know their tea. I like to drink decaf most of the time but the American decaf tea is very weak and not great tea flavor. I have used Typhoo regular tea bags in the past when I am out of my loose tea from Sri Lanka and love the robust tea flavor. I must say this decaf version is every bit as good as the caffeinated Typhoo, which is very rare to find a decaf as good as the original. This is the only decaf tea I will drink now . Way better than Barry’s or PG Tips decaf.

Finding a good, bold decaf tea was hard to find until we stumbled onto Typhoo while staying at a resort in Scotland decades ago. For years we would ask friends to pick up a box when traveling in England. Now it's readily available in America at a price that is significantly better than many other decaf teas. The last cup tastes as well as the first with no bitterness or flatness that is prevalent in competitors. As with most decaf teas and coffees, we expect that there is some residual caffeine that my wife seems to notice. There isn't much, though, as you won't get much of a morning lift apart from enjoying a satisfying cup of tea.

I am a few sips into my first cup of tea from this new box and it tastes like…hot water :-(. No flavor at all! I’ve been a happy decaf Typhoo customer for many years, but I have to admit that the new packaging (no protective sleeve, just a paper box) is not working for me and this might be goodbye.

The new packaging doesn't include the 2 separately sealed packs of tea. This is disappointing because it takes awhile to use the bags and the separate packs kept half the tea fresh while using the other pack. The tea itself is delicious.

Sooo happy these were the original Typhoo teabags and boxed extremely well! Typhoo has followed PH Tips with changing their formula and I did not have the time/patience to go through another taste testing to see if I like it. I asked the seller before ordering. They responded immediately that they would go look, and came back with confirmation that it was the original (or “old”) packaging and tea. Thank you “Quality on Time”!

My mom loves this tea and ran out, I ordered this British version and my mom says its even better than the previous. Great purchase.

This tea is the BEST DECAF TEA EVER!

Tea was delivered b the date i was given and it tastes great!
