Really nice food for my Burmese cat. He is 16 and has stage two kidney disease, out of the four stages, and is very fussy. He also has bowel issues and is on Prednicare and Famotidine and Solensia, too (for arthritis) so I have to balance his diet with a mix of this food and R/C Fibre Response,and it seems to work well. He had to have six teeth removed a few months ago, and he goes in again next week for another ten out, so has been in pain for a while. This food is the only one he will eat. I tried all the other top brands and he didnt like them at all. Really worth a try. Im glad I did. So is my cat!

This is definitely worth a try. My cat seems to like it a little better than the other renal food on the market and I have bought more on that basis. Unfortunately none of the suppliers have got it quite right in terms of palatability but obviously that is due to the limits of the diet allowed. My cat and I will persevere because I want her around, feeling well, for as long as possible.

I thought it seemed OK. Cat not impressed. That's not the fault of the food. I give up

Thank God for this food!! My 16 yr old cat wouldn't eat Royal Canin renal food, nor Purina Renal.. But tried this one last week, she ate some...I was happy that at least she ate some renal food! Today, a week later, she ate entire tray in one go!!!!! I am over the moon, as she is only 2.3 kg, she lost appetite and lost lots of weight, yet seeing her eat well has now given me so much hope!! I have a cat with early stage kidney failure so have been trying many different kidney foods for her. Although she really doesn't like any of them she quite likes this one as it is a pate

My cat does seem to like this, as long as I give him other petfood as well.

My cat didn't like it. I bought 5 portions as an emergency when my usual brand was out of stock. Very badly packed, squashed into the box and one pouch was leaking from a corner.
