It's a good product with reasonable price

I have skin cancer, for which I have been prescribed a chemotherapy pill to reduce its size. I have been taking it for more than two years now. One of the side effects of the chemotherapy drug is bad muscle cramps. To prevent or at least diminish those, my doctor prescribed L Carnitine. It works wonderfully. It does not totally prevent them all, but it does diminish the frequency of leg cramps, and if I get one, I immediately take another dose of L Carnitine, and the cramps go away within fifteen minutes. I don't know all the other possible uses to which it can be put, but for anyone with muscle cramps, I can recommend L Carnitine. It works very well indeed for me. ~~~~~~~~~~~ update 4/14/21 -- I am finally done with the chemotherapy, as of two weeks ago. While I was taking those pills, I lost 71 pounds, without being on a diet of any kind. I read the label on the L-Carnitine500 bottle, and it says that it facilitates losing weight. I think that they are quite right, and although I no longer need to take them for the leg cramps, or at least, less often, I plan to continue taking them, as I feel it is time for an actual diet and workout plan, now that I feel better. This is a wonderful product!

This product was excellent and I had it for 2 months it has given me strength giving me a desire to exercise and lift weights again I'm 59 years old. Totally satisfied again my words is sincere and true.

I have used L-Carnitine before for exercise rebound, toning, & weight loss. Usually with good success (coupled with exercise & diet). This is the first time that I've used the "TARTRATE" variation. Before, I had used the "ACETYL" incarnation and even before that used a product when I didn't even know that different salt forms existed. SO FAR, SO GOOD. I have recently retired and not getting the exercise that I used to get on my job. I could tell that my jowls (double chin/neck area) , stomach, and thighs were beginning to take on volume. Early results show that this product excels in helping me become more svelte.

I take it twice a day, once before fasted cardio and another before going to sleep. They are not magic pills but really do support my weightloss goals with a good meal plan and workout regimen. Since march i have lost 30lbs. Near 3+lbs a month. I have pizza and beer every friday night still and eat a bit loser on the weekends. If you're looking for a stimulant/jitters-free fat burner then this is it! I know everyone's different, but here's my personal experience. Take 1 pill on empty stomach or btwn meals, within 20-30 minutes your internal furnace's ablaze. I've been taking sups since the 90's and have tried other L-carnitine sups in the past but none had the profound effect this one has.

I've been using this for years now and as a 40+ age woman, swear by it for a flatter tummy. Don't feel over-stimulated and their capsules are regular size & easy to swallow. Spectacular customer service.

This product seems to be effective, together with regular exercise and balanced diet. Lost around 5kgs in a month. Only wish the pills were a bit smaller for ease of intake.

Been taking this for the last couple of weeks and I am finding this product is working, slowly losing some weight and working harder in the gym with taking this well worth the money
