I work out and lift weights but I like to add one or two scoops daily in 64 oz for flavor. It helps me make my vitamin C goals daily . I really like the tangy sweet taste.

I really notice a difference in my workouts when I take these before and during. I have a lot more energy and don't get as hungry afterwards. I would suggest mixing with more water than recommended for a nice light flavor, otherwise if you only mix with 12 oz, the taste is kind of funny. I like to mix 1 heaping scoop in with 32 oz water. I've been taking for over a year now. I hardly ever get sore even in my most gruel workouts because of this stuff. Go buy it now!

I’ve been searching for a vegan BCAA that isn’t full of artificial crap for a while. I’m a breastfeeding mommy and also a full time athlete and personal trainer. I was mostly worried about the taste, since some of the reviews mention it being awful. It’s really not bad. It’s not the greatest flavor, but considering it’s all natural, it’s pretty good. If you’re used to the really sweet artificial flavors, it’s going to be a bit of a change for you. But the taste is really not awful. I’m glad I found something that is totally safe for me and my baby boy.

The flavor is great. Love that I can have bcaa's now with a nice flavor. If your vegan or vegetarian and workout / want to keep lean muscle BCAA is A MUST! Even if you eat meat, bcaa can help you. I will only be buying this brand from now on.

The taste is so bad I couldn't even get through one drink. It tastes nothing like raspberry lemonade all all the way like a straight spoonful of tumeric. I have tried lots of BCAA's and was hoping this version would be great because of the ingredients, but the taste is so bad. I'm also one that can stomach almost anything but this stuff is going right in the trash. I did try to mix it several ways like with real fruit, in a smoothie and it was still just a no go.

Taste is strong and not good. Definitely feel an energy burst.

I use this for my pre, intra, and post-workouts. I like it! I guess you can say it tastes like juice or soda that has been watered down when the ice melts. Haha. But I really like that it’s not too sweet. I’ve tried other BCAA’s and always thought they were so sweet. The powder has a very slight smell, like when you walk into an herbal shop, but not very noticeable. And once it’s mixed it didn’t smell. Doesn’t give me a tingling feeling like the ones I’ve used before. The packaging (container and seal) was good. ***Most importantly I love that there’s nothing artificial.***

Ingredients are great, but the taste… I cannot. Makes me so sad because I love many of their products but really struggle to get this one down. It really is the worst tasting powdered BCAA powder I’ve had out of the many I’ve tried. Sadly, cannot return it unless it’s a damaged product.
