Beautiful art and basics of saints. Great for new catholics!
Such a great book! I am a new catholic just starting to learn about the Saints. The are so many beautiful colored pictures and art through the entire book. The details on each saint are just enough to learn the most important things they did or went through. Most saints have a lot of history and may have entire books written about them. But this gives you just enough information for you to decide if you want to do more research on specific people. I am very pleased with this book!

It would make a nice gift for someone
It's a very well presented book. Well made with good quality paper and print. The gloss finished hardcover is a bonus because it will last for years. This is the sort of book that people do not usually throw out. The contents are well displayed and very informative or anyone interested in history or religion. Covering most of the well known Catholic Saints the book goes into some detail with their lives, their sacrifice's and their commitment to the Christian faith. Almost every Saint you will come across online can found in this Encyclopedia and for the price I think it makes a great gift for all ages.

Beautiful book
Very informative and gave incite into a whole load of saints I had unfortunately never heard of before. I recommend it even to those not of the Christian faith as the stories within this book are truly inspiring.
