I am so very grateful for this wonderful paraffin wax heater. After having broken my right wrist, together with regular physiotherapy I have been using the wax bath on a daily basis a few times a day. It has enhanced my healing and I highly recommend this for anybody who needs support at home outside physiotherapy appointment. Excellent quality with reasonable time to wait for wax to melt. Very good machine but takes a long time to melt wax decent size for feet easy to move I luv it

Purchased this for my daughter whose job involves giving treatments straining her hands. She loves the comfort and pain relief offered by using this. It does take quite a long time for it to get to temperature for the wax to melt and then for it to cool for use. Having said that if you have time, it does the job without requiring a technical mind and is easy and straightforward to use. Seems sturdy and well made. This has been a good purchase.

I have just used this and very much like the temperature control. Instructions say to melt at 85 degrees, I did not wait for all the wax to melt before I tested with my own thermometer. The liquid part was at 55 degrees so I then set the temperature to remain at 55 and used it, first for one hand and later for the other. I did use an extra bag of wax pellets. The enclosed plastic gloves have fingers but they were fine to use. I did like the warm mitts too. The system is a very good buy and the result has made the expense worth while, reducing hand pain considerably

THIS ITEM IS DANGEROUS. IT TOOK 4 1/2 HRS TO MELT IT WAS THEN SCALDING HOT BY THE TIME IT GOT TO THE TEMPERATURE YOU COULD HANDLE IT WAS TOO HARD. I AM A BEAUTY THERAPIST AND KNOW HOW THESE MACHINES WORK THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS. I TRIED IT 3 TIMES

So far so good. Fast delivery. Needed for helping with recovery from op scarring. Did take hr to melt the wax and I felt probably needed 2 in (seeing as you can reuse wax as it is deep was a bit difficult getting whole hand to be flat but the results were amazing and noticeable immediately. But looks good and comes with gloves and feet covers etc. The lights look cool too. Hoping will last as looking forward to using regularly.
