This flap is perfect for my needs. It’s made of thick material that stays in place well while still being easy to push through. I bought a PetSafe sliding glass door insert for my cat, but she wouldn’t use the flap that came with it. I bought this flap to help her get used to going through the door, but it’s not as heavy as the PetSafe flap, which is a single solid flap. Since I only intend to use this flap temporarily during this training period, I didn’t install it with screws. Instead, I taped it to my door, and the painters tape has held it up just fine! This flap is definitely of good quality and can be used as a permanent solution. However, I wanted to share that it works perfectly as a training piece for pet doors! See the photo - you can see my cat still trying to go under the gap I left instead of through the flaps, but I know we’ll eventually get her trained. 😂

The Trixie Natura Vinyl Dog Door Flap is made of solid, clear plastic and feels durable—definitely good quality for a replacement flap. It fits the dog house opening as described and works well once installed. Unfortunately, mine arrived bent, which made installation a bit tricky and affected the overall look. It eventually flattened out somewhat, but I wish it had been packaged better to avoid the issue. Decent product, but the shipping condition took away from the experience.

Works well

It’s pretty hard to mess this up. I use the screws that they included, and they all popped through the hole. It’s easy to use, but the quality is not the best to the holes, but it is a good screen if you can keep it up.

Terrible product. The screws are cheap as the plastic flap crap and didn’t hold it, because they go right through the flimsy plastic.

I replaced my sliding door doggie door with this. The flap that came with doggie door was so heavy that my 5 lb Chihuahua was having a hard time going through it. This flap needed to be trimmed a tad bit but screwed right in and the 3 different flaps are so much lighter and so much easier for my animals to go through. Actually purchased two more just in case so I have spares. Won't go back to the original flap.

These r great for dogs or cat doors and houses. Highly recommend.

Verarbeitung: Als die Tür angekommen ist war diese schon recht steif. Ansonsten sauber verarbeitet und die Löcher zum befestigen sind vorgebohrt. Einbau: Da gibt es eigl. nicht viel zu sagen. Anpassen und von Innen mit den beiliegenden Schrauben festschrauben. Nutzung: Unsere Doggenwelpen waren erst etwas unsicher, (na klar, ist ja neu) konnten sich aber fix an die neue "Tür" gewöhnen. Nach knapp einem Monat Nutzung ist die Tür auch wesentlich elastischer geworden. Wir haben Sie draußen im Einsatz. Würde Sie auf jeden Fall wieder nehmen!
