10/10 apart from VSM
The Positives. Excellent product, well thought out and presented, easy to use. The format should be used for so many other technical/training/manuals and reference manuals. The Negatives. Only one so far. VSM, Value Stream Mapping is dealt with much better by Wikipedia. It separate's out Information Flows, Material Flows and Lead Time Ladder in a much more concise and useful way.

Honestly I don't find much info needed in this book what I find on internet.Through the whole year of study I looked into it maybe 6 times and every time couldn't find what I needed though my tutor told me it's necessary to buy it.

Hervorragender Leitfaden für Lean Six Sigma!
In diesem Buch sind alle Phasen eines DMAIC-Projekts sehr übersichtlich dargestellt. Alle notwendigen Tools und Methoden werden erklärt. Dabei wird auch auf die Anwendung in Minitab eingegangen. Checklisten und übliche Fragen, die man sich in jeder Phase stellen sollte, runden das Ganze ab. Für mich eins der besten Bücher zum Thema Lean Six Sigma! Meiner Meinung nach gibt es kein anderes Buch, das die Phasen so klar strukturiert darstellt.
