Does its job
One of the most established brands of nose tape as far a i can remember from my teenage years. Helped alot with breathability and allowing more air into your nostrils so the clogged nose can clear up. Pity the clear ones were out of stock.

This really works!
I do not sleep well and have tried every natural supplement trying to sleep and they don't work on me. Nyquill and other sleeping type pills work but since you should not use them very much I only use them when I have to. I had heard that mouth breathing is not good when you are sleeping as you get thirsty and more light sleeping.I am a mouth breather as I don't feel like I get enough oxygen when I sleep. After investigating it on AI I found that because of my deviated septum I should use Breathe Right and look into getting a septoplasty surgery. I started using the strips until I can get to an ENT and the strips have made me sleep better! Amazing! I expected an issue as I am alergic to tape on my skin and have sensitive skin, but I have not had an issue. Yes, pull it off gently, it works!
