Been taking these for three weeks, too soon to know. But I have good feeling with this brand. I hope I'll get good results when I get my next lipids test. I have high LDL. The reason I knock off one star is because it doesn't have plastic sealed around the cap. Please sealed the caps for safety. If the seal inside broke, someone could put something bad in. Thanks.

I take this to help with cholesterol. I changed brands because the one I was using, though good, was large pills. From my recent blood test, these worked just as well and SO much easier to swallow. Good product!

I bought this to try to lower my ldl cholesterol. I have not been tested since I started using this supplement so I can't comment on how well it is working. I did a lot of comparison between different plant sterol supplements before I purchased this brand. My understanding is that you need 2 grams of plant sterols daily for maximum effectiveness, which this provides (serving size is 4 capsules). You get 60 servings per container (240 capsules), the price is very competitive, and it's made in the USA. For me this was the obvious brand choice for a plant sterol supplement.

I took as directed for about a week and a half and it caused a severe drug rash to develop as an allergic reaction. From my feet to my face. The photo of my hand is after three days of prednisone and my mouth is before starting prednisone.
