Cat Spray

When I saw this product I was quite sceptical but my 13 year old Burmese cat was constantly biting her side. The fur disappeared and the skin was red and inflamed, she was miserable. I didn’t want to stress her by taking her to the vet, so in desperation I bought the Anicura spray. I sprayed a generous amount onto the palm of my hand and gently rubbed it on to the affected area. She was only a little ‘put out’ by the experience. After the first day the redness had subsided and she wasn’t trying to chew herself. It’s Day 6 & almost unbelievably the skin has completely healed. This is a very good product & I’m very glad I found it.

I can confirm this spray works for cats with hair loss due to itchy or flaky skin especially on the back or on their neck area. Most of my cats have sensitive skin, this spray works extremely well in a short period of time. The vets wanted to charge me £80 + for the same kind of treatment, same chemicals. I spray and rub in there necks and backs. For them it's like a light massage but it definitely helps. It's been over 1 week already and there's a 60% difference already in the skin and hair growth.

The product did work on my cat but cause the itchiness problem stayed, eventually the spray was no use. But definitely good to try. The gel worked a bit better.

Amazing stuff it cuts down on excessive grooming.

This stuff smells like lavender and drives my cat to despair when she hears the spray! My cat doesn't normally react too badly to being handled or having injections or any form of treatment....however, after just on use on her flaky red skin areas she freaked and bolted. Now she won't approach when she sees the white bottle and the moment she hears the 'psssst' of the spray when we doo get hold of her....she's gone! After 5 days the spray has has no effect on her skin rednss at all and looking at the ingredients and smelling the stuff, I'm not surprised with. The price however, is very surprising in a bad way. This stuff should be FAR less expensive...maybe £4.99 a bottle MAX. It's an absolute rip-off at £16! I would buy the gel - NOT the spray, if you want to try it. Massage it into the effected areas. That way the cat won't have PTSD the moment she hears the spray and you won't have lacerations on your arms, hands and shoulders! A bit 'meh' from me.

Worked amazing, my cat had a complete bald patch on her take, booty and legs, used this product for a week three times a day, and has now all grown back, definitely recommend.

My poor cat was suffering with open sores caused by the constant itching. This spray helped immensely….I sprayed it onto my palms & then rubbed her skin gently. She didn’t mind it, it didn’t sting & it helped so much with the allergy. It took me ages to find this product but I’m so glad that I did.

My cat gets an eczema like skin condition on his back. Kind of flaky and scabby. This spray really does help it. I spray it on his back when I'm brushing him and it has really helped with the irritated skin. It's not a very loud sounding spray mechanism, so if you have a cat that's afraid of spray bottles it's pretty easy to get them used to it with treat incentive.

Basically it doesn’t work

This product is hard to use with cats. The smell is very strong. The spray startles the cat when I can get it close to her.
