Works great
This screw fit my ruger 10/22 well. Just what I needed. Lost the original one.

Just what I needed for my build
Was doing a 10/22 build and tried swapping out an archangel stock screw but wouldn't fit in the Magpul Hunter X-22 stock. The takedown screw head was too wide but this fixed the problem and it's quality.

Perfect Replacement – Minor Detail, Major Improvement
Perfect Replacement – Minor Detail, Major Improvement This is an ideal replacement for the Ruger 10/22 stock/receiver screw. I've had my .22 since the early '70s, and the original slotted screw was finally showing some wear. While it’s a small detail, the hex head looks cleaner and more modern, in my opinion. The kit is high quality and even includes the correct Allen wrench. The fit is spot-on, and I see it as a subtle but worthwhile functional upgrade. If you own a 10/22, this is an easy improvement—highly recommended.

Can’t go wrong
The original take down screw is Phillips and replacing it with an Allen head makes it easier to remove or tighten without worrying about stripping. Yes I still say Allen because that’s the real name. Hex means someone else stole the design and wants to take credit for it.
