Yes they are. There's a bigger space at the top for a title each side, and then normal lines.

Yes the cards are thick and easy to write on.

How many lines are there on 1 card

There are 14 lines with a wider header. Do note that these cards are assorted colours. I hadn't noticed that, but I use them for a different purpose than that which I had intended. They are a good quality card and the ruling is not feint nor is it harsh. A good card if you want assorted colours.
