I ordered this item and after it was late and i asked for an eta on its delivery the order was cancelled. can i expect a redelivery?

I would not expect them to redeliver Customer Service is far from their expetise

Does this come with a scale ruler and set square ?

Set square yes... fits into groove on the rule - one way only. Also with angle component again slides along the groove . These cannot be handed. No scale rule and as a retired architect I use a separate small set square. Well worth c £20.

Does this come with a carry handle on the packaging?

No, was very disappointed. The images clearly show a card case and plastic carry handle as packaging, but all you get is a cheap polystyrene tray. I bought as a gift and it is not what I expected. Now have to buy a carry case separately. Misleading!

Is the movable ruler that slides up and down removable?
