i waited a little before writing this review because i wanted to make sure i really liked it and wasnt just exited at first 😅 honestly i used way more expensive and famous brands before but this one really suprised me. both vacuum and mopping performance is sooo good. the suction power is very strong and it doesnt leave dust, hair or crumbs on the floor.i also have a robot vacuum but most of the time i use this instead because its way more practical and easier. i think i became addicted to it 😂 the touch controls and transitions are very smooth. also the best thing is you dont even really push it, it kinda moves by itself and pulls foward. i never used something like this before. while cleaning you dont feel tired because its almost doing the work for you. you just hold it and guide it. my arm and back doesnt hurt after using it which is honestly amazing especially for everyday cleaning.only thing is you really need to clean the dirty water tank often because if you dont, after some time it can smell a little since dust and dirty water stays inside. but if you clean it regulary it works amazing.for price performance i honestly think its even better then some expensive brands i used before. i only bought it because someone reccomended it to me but now im really happy with it. especially if you have kids and clean floors everyday its super usefull. i have a 3 year old daughter and a son and my floors stays clean all day. no crumbs or dust on the floor anymore. our house is newly build so there was always dust everywhere but now it stays much cleaner during the day. overall im really satisfied with it.

H12Pro Flex Reach is an amazing vacuum. This vacuum is a total game-changer for hard floors.I got tired of mopping with a traditional mop and this has exceeded my expectations. It has made cleaning the house simple.Trying to mop over 2500ft house was a multi day undertaking. I had to vacuum first then mop and I used one of those spinner mops.Powerful, efficient and very user friendly.It cleans well and love that the roller cleans and drys after every use. Does not have a smell after being used. Easy to clean and maintain.One of the best investments I have made in home cleaning equipment.Excellent product, works very well and leaves the floor very clean, I love it.

I’m so disappointed. Long story long: I have purchased 3 different Dreame brand hydrovacs in the last year and a half. The first one was one of the first models sold and was on the cheaper side. No fancy bells and whistles. It self cleaned and was cordless. I loved it for the year that it worked.When I purchased the second, I splurged and purchased a more expensive Dreame hydrovac that had the self drying feature and the ability to reach under furniture by having the clean water tank on top of the floor/base piece rather than on the back of the device. At the time I was thinking they’ve probably gotten better in time and also realizing you get what you pay for - the first one was cheap and this one was more expensive.A more expensive version would surely be better, right? But they work so well, even if it lasts a year, it will be worth it to me not to have to sweep and mop 2 and 3 times a week. I also read reviews and didn’t see anything alarming. UNFORTUNATELY, within 4 weeks, the more expensive model was leaking water from the clean water tank and quite literally falling apart. I contacted customer support and they sent a new clean water tank. (Customer support was very friendly, helpful, and quick. I appreciated that) HOWEVER, within another 4 weeks, the new part also began to crack and leak water. I followed all the instructions and guidelines for maintaining the device and it didn’t matter. It still fell apart.At this point, I decided to try one more time and get a cheaper option again, which is the Dreame H12 Pro. (They no longer sell the first model I purchased) The cheaper model has the clean water tank on the back of the device rather than on top of the floor piece/base of the device. The first one I purchased also had the clean water tank on the back of the device and I thought that may be what makes a difference in how well they work.I also must say, when the devices work, they work so well, which is why I tried THREE models in an attempt to find the same satisfaction as my first purchase. When they work, they make life so much easier for someone like me who is a single mom who works full time. I was hopeful the 3rd time would be the charm but almost immediately after taking it out of the box, it wouldn’t charge on the charging base. I had such a hard time getting it to charge and if it won’t charge, it also won’t self clean. It won’t do anything.I’ve finally given up the fight with this brand. I don’t have time to go back and forth with customer support every time there’s an issue. I just need the product I purchase to do what it’s supposed to do. It’s my own fault for purchasing the same brand (differing models) 3 times. The only reason I did that is because when they work, they really save so much time and clean so well.The first purchase lasted a decent amount of time for the price I paid. I thought maybe I just got a lemon with my second purchase. But the 3rd purchase was finally all the proof I needed. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. It hurts me to say that because I was so excited with my first purchase for the year that I used it.Ridiculously, I just purchased my FOURTH wet dry vacuum in a relatively short amount of time, and I’m praying the Kenmore brand will be reliable. It was $199 which is much less than my 2nd and 3rd Dreame purchases. If not, I guess I’ll go back to a broom, separate mop and water bucket, and a regular vacuum.Finally, in my opinion, the clean water tank being on the back of the device is more reliable than being mounted on top of the floor/base piece. IF, your device will charge at all and IF it will self clean at all. I’m not made of money. Life isn’t easy in this economic climate and it’s really stupid of me to keep buying the same brand. If you reply to this, don’t be mean to me please. Believe me, I know how stupid it is.

You only need this one vacuum to make your life easy. You dont need a vacuum and a mop it does all together. It literally made me sooo happy. I am a vacuum nerd. I have soo many vacuum. But after this, all my vacuums are going away. It vacuums(great suction), it mops(not too watery like some mops) and it cleans it self. All I have to do is fill water( once and it lasts you long and it doesn't use too much water to make floors too wet) and dump water. Water dumping is so easy 1 click opens, then easy dump( be ready for the dirty water, you will be surprised) and 1 click back and it dries it sself and cleans it too. No complications. You will look at the vacuum and thinks it will be complicated(as it does so much) but its sooo easy. 10000% recommend this. Love that its cordless and when you put it back it charges no need to take the battery out and plug it to the charger. Makes life soo easy ❤️ and even though its not too heavy it moves itself which doesnt trigger my after vacuum pain in my neck/shoulder joint

I ordered this for a friend who just purchased a house with wood floors after using other dreame mops and robots. The h12 pro has an auto mode where it adjusts water and suction, ultra mode which does electrolysis to the water after a quick preparation and suction mode for increased vacuum power which is great for cleaning the kitchen with things like rice in the ground. The dock also has a drying function so the roller will not get mildew or anything from being wet. It works great. There is also a button on the top of the handle to manually activate the self clean mode when docked. The roller is wide so you can get right up to the edge of trim that some older mops could not do. It works for any hard surface flooring such as tile or hardwood which is great. Overall it’s a good starter vac mop with good dirt lifting power.

I’ve used the Dreame H12 FlexReach Vacuum Mop daily since January. While it hasn’t necessarily "excelled" at keeping my home perfectly clean on its own, it has significantly reduced my need to haul around my O-Cedar EasyWring™ Spin Mop & Bucket System every single day.The Good:Great Runtime: I can cover three rooms and a hallway on one charge with battery to spare.Cordless Convenience: It’s very easy to grab, and docking it on the charger is effortless.Effective for Debris: It vacuums up messes well, though if it hits something too big (like a hidden sock), the magnetic roller will slip free.Self-Cleaning: The feature is great for quick maintenance. Just be aware that the unit is noisy; you may want to avoid storing the charging base in areas where peace and quiet are needed.The Realities:Clean Water Tank Capacity: While the battery lasts, the clean water tank needs to be filled twice to cover my three rooms and a hallway.Residue Issues: The recommended cleaner leaves a visible residue when dry. I’ve switched to using only water, which means I still use my traditional mop for a true "deep" clean.High Maintenance: The unit "asks" you to empty the waste tank every single time, and it is crucial to do so. I add vinegar to the waste tank to help with odors. Additionally, the roller needs frequent hand-washing with mild soap to avoid grime build-up and sour odors. The filter needs to be rinsed and cleaned at the same time.Parts Availability: It is recommended to replace the rollers and filters every 3 months, but I found that there are no available resources to purchase them directly. When I reached out, Dreame support was very quick to respond and sent me a free set, but they never clarified how I can purchase them myself in the future.Final Verdict:It’s a solid tool for maintaining floors between deep cleans, but because of the quirks and the difficulty finding accessories, I’d likely look at the newer H-series models or even the H12 Pro Flex if I were buying again today, simply because replacement rollers and filters for those are widely available. I would give it 5 stars for the cleaning performance and the time it saves me from my mop and bucket, but I am reducing it to 4 stars due to the replacement parts issue.

This wet dry vacuum changed my life as a mom of 3. I no longer have to bend down to clean up messes made by my toddlers after meal time. It cleans my floors seamlessly with no hassle. Its easy to maneuver while cleaning, battery life is good for a cleaning session without needing to recharge. Suction is great and my floors are dry within 5 minutes of mopping. Its fast and cordless which I love. It has a self cleaning/drying feature which help keep odor built-up away. If you are on the edge of buying this product, just buy it. You will not regret it...I promise you!

This is my first 10 days review. Used last least once per day. would review it again if I find any issues in 3mouth.I’m very happy with this wet and dry vacuum. The slim design looks modern with solid build quality, and it is very easy to dump the and refill the water. It cleans the floor very well and saves a lot of time because it vacuums and washes at the same time. The suction is strong, I have hardwood floor the floor dries quickly after the mop so I don’t really worry about the wet damage to my floor.the self-cleaning function is very convenient no more cleaning the mop by hands.It is also lightweight and easy to move around the house. The battery life is good, it cleans around 800 sf without recharging and still have quite bit battery left.this is a great product for daily home cleaning, especially for hardwood floors and busy households. I would highly recommend it.

Es un producto caro la verdad sí, pero realmente vale la pena, hace que el limpiar una casa chica (estilo infonavit aqui en Mexico) sea muy rápido, algo que probablemente te podía tomar hasta la hora o más (barrer y trapear bien) con esto te toma muy poco, de 20 a 30 mins. Ya depende de cada quien y su forma de hacer las cosas. Lo que me gustaría es que en la tienda de DREAME aqui en Amazon vendieran algunas partes que se usan en esta aspiradora, como los rodillos o los filtros de polvo, en la caja vienen 2 de cada uno y se ven resistentes y que aguantarán buen tiempo pero estaría bien tener esa opción de repuestos. El modo autolimpieza es bastante bueno, realmente deja el rodillo muuy bien después de cada uso, y el limpiar la aspiradora en general es bastante sencillo. Recomiendo que no se use para aspirar liquidos espesos, la aspiradora lo puede hacer sin problema (pueden ver videos en internet) pero personalmente no lo recomiendo porque asi se extiende más la vida del rodillo al no impregnarlo de cosas de estilo, ya que podría ser más difícil de limpiar posteriormente.

After returning two high-end mopping vacs, I gave up on robot vacuums altogether, they just don’t deliver the performance I’m looking for. The Dreame H12 Pro Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner has exceeded my expectations for my hardwood floors, it has outperformed every robot vacuum I’ve tried.I’m impressed it comes with an additional filter and roller, plus a starter bottle of floor cleaner (none of the premium robot vacs I tried included cleaning solution). The H12 Pro tackles messes effortlessly, and the display is easy to read, showing battery life as a countdown from 100%. The self-cleaning and drying function is a feature I really appreciate, and the dual water tanks are simple to fill and rinse.Compared to other mop-vacs in its class, I found the H12 Pro to be reasonably priced without compromising on quality.My only issue is that it doesn’t work well on carpet (it struggles to move and clean effectively) but, since my entire main floor is hardwood, that’s not an issue for me. Every time I use it, I’m genuinely impressed, Dreame is becoming one of my favourite trusted brands.
