Excellent size for many items and enamel better than Teflon coating does not scratch and cleans easily. Good quality items will last for years to replace useless teflon ones.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo senza rivali. La pentola é molto carina esteticamente, non é pesante, é comunque assemblata molto bene. Non ha un fondo spesso dunque le cotture sono piuttosto rapide. Io la utilizzo unicamente per il pane. Ho letto qualche commento riguardo al fatto che quest'ultimo potrebbe attaccarsi al fondo, beh queste persone credo debbano fare pratica con la cottura del pane..... Perché a me non é mai accaduto. Il segreto é scaldare la pentola in forno (es. 230 gradi ventilato) e vedrete che verrà un pane eccezionale. Occhio a non bruciarvi!!! Unico neo forse le dimensioni, é abbastanza grande, dunque più indicata forse per pagnotte intorno al kg... ma si può cuocere dì tutto in realtà. Ci vuole la tecnica e l'esperienza giusta come in ogni cosa in cucina. Spesso non é colpa dello strumento ma del cuoco... ;-)

Ich suchte einen Bräter, der bei mir in den Ofen passt, da mein Ofen etwas kleiner ist, als der Durchschnitt. Günstig sollte es auch sein. Ich bin auf dieses Teil gestoßen und muss sagen, ich bin begeistert. Durch die versetzten Griffe passt er auch in meinen Ofen, ist groß und der Deckel sitzt. Der Bräter war bei 220 Grad 3 Stunden im Ofen. Es hat alles funktioniert und der Bräter ist weiterhin in einem tadellosen Zustand. Ich spülte das Teil per Hand aber alles Eingebrannte ließ sich wunderbar und ohne Mühe entfernen. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden. Absolut zu empfehlen.
