Was looking forward to this new feature to go with our pond but unfortunately it's a dreadful design it leaks non stop no matter what you do to try and prevent it so now it's put in shed unable to use, to stop the leak rotting my new pond sleepers very disappointed 😞

They said it's a complete water fountain, but no pump was attached. The pump needs to be bought separately. I didn't look at all the pictures, I went on the words complete

Following on from my previous review on this product and the issues with the led’s and unable to return the product I was contacted by the supplier to resolve these issues. Customer service and communication was 100% and they resolved the issues I had to cover my cost for rectifying the led’s replacement myself it was unfortunate in this case I had a faulty product but I was fortunate customer service was spot on. 5 stars given for this reason.

The product was perfect for my needs but the power supply to the lights failed within a few minutes. I'll reorder though.

Great item can't wait to set it up only issue was there was no y piece in the box so I just went out and bought one no problem.but other than that superfast delivery and it's going to look sooo cool at night thanks

If only there was a zero star rating this product is terrible it leaks from every whole it can and no matter what you do it continues so practically useless item without causing further damage from leaking water

This is such a neat spillway! It is made of acrylic and lighter than metal, so it’s easier to manage. It is durable and able to handle the moisture well. The lights are gorgeous! They work well and the remote control works well with them. I like that there is everything in this kit to DIY my own waterfall feature. I like that this is a smaller spillway and allows me to create a smaller, more private waterfall. I’m very, very happy with this item! I plan to add an update if anything significantly changes for this item. Until then, it’s safe to assume everything is still consistent with this review.
