Being a family of 6 it gets exspensive with takeaways or wrap/sandwiches fillers or pizza toppings. So now I make my own marinated tandoori chicken tikka of which I cook and store in the fridge for 3 days of which it gets used in things like, wraps filled with red onion and lettuce & mango chutney or to put on a £1 cheap 10 inch pizzas or in a homemade Indian curries. Saw this and thought i give this brand a try. Found this seasoning easy to mix in and marinate chicken with. I simply filled around half a bowl up (cereal) with fat free greek yogurt, add 3 tablespoons of this in and than mix, once i was happy with taste and look than added 5 drops of red food colouring mix till a nice pink/red colour than diced 4-5 chicken thighs or breast (which ever u can afford) into cubes throw the chicken in and mix till all chicken is covered than wrap with foil and leave in the fridge to marinate for few hours or overnight. Than bung the chicken piece in the air fryer for 20 mins turning them half way to help get those nice charcoal dark edges than once cooled store in a sealed food storage box in fridge and use with what ever meal you want. This seasoning gives a nice tandoori flavour, its not too spicey but has a mild spicey kick to it. Of time of review i payed £1 for this seasoning which I feel is good value for money

I used this tandoori masala to season chicken in the oven, and the result was really good. The flavour came out rich and slightly smoky, and the colour it gives the food is very appealing. When I first opened the pack, the aroma was strong and fresh, which is always a good sign. The powder is fine and mixes easily into marinades without clumping. What I like most is the zip seal packaging. After using it, I can just seal it back up without worrying about spills or losing freshness, which makes it very convenient for regular use. Overall, a reliable spice mix that works well for home cooking and is easy to store. I’ve added a photo to show the texture and colour.

I struggled to find tandoori in the shops so was pleased to get it here. This one is nice.

This is such excellent value, they're practically giving it away. The flavour is absolutely perfect. I'm going to be using it mostly for seasoning potato wedges and chips. I only use a teaspoon of oil for 2 portions so I have to toss my chips because it doesn't stick if I just sprinkle it on but this spice mix is a game changer. You need to try it. It makes tasty tandoori chicken too.

This one lacks depth. It's hot and salty and not much else going on. This is only my 3rd favorite.

I like to sprinkle just a tad of this in my spaghetti sauce and it brings it to a different level that is that yum yum you can't put your finger on it though taste!
