Stunning design, comes flat packed but very easy to assemble. Great quality and size.

Looks nice and it’s easy to get into it to spot clean. It’s deep and has enough room for different layers of substrate. I added beach chips, cork granules and hay! I then sprinkled some food in it so she could forage. Seems pricey but it’s really sturdy and looks like it will last a while. My girl got in it straight away when I added it ☺️

had been using various containers, didn’t understand the price tag for this - after ordering i do!! it’s proper sturdy. easy to build and high quality. my syrian loves it, he’s never dug so much. wish you could put it on stilts (i’ve had to kinda prop it on a platform so it’s in line with my 12” bedding)

This dig box is a very good size for my Syrian Hamster. It came with everything you need to build it including glue, screws, screwdriver, tape and clear instructions. It's a great quality product so worth the money. It looks lovely in my hammys enclosure and he can get in and out of it safely.

My hamster initially used the burrow box as a burrow box but now it is his nest which is fair enough. So I’m going to assume he likes it. Solid and sturdy well made product. Good size. Niteangel prices are fair for the quality you get. Had the wheel arrive today and that was hard to part with almost £50 so he better bloody use it.

I have purchased a fair number of Niteangel products in recent months as I prepared to rescue a hybrid dwarf hamster. Here are my thoughts: Pros - Lovely finish and matches their other products. - Easy to clean with a burlywood finish. - Safe wood. - Great larger size. - Depth offers plenty of space for multiple substrate layers if desired. - Can double as a smaller platform. Cons - There is a gap where the window dips in, which doesn’t seem safe for Dwarf or Robo hamsters. Others have reported their hamsters getting trapped in that gap. I can’t use the window, so I’ve covered it with substrate. I could have opted for a platform and a different dig box instead. - It feels a bit pricey given the overall finish (the material quality is fine, but the assembly is lacking). - If you want it to feel secure, I recommend using both glue and screws rather than just one or the other. You'll see why at the end. The glass side doesn't really pull everything together. Other - Because of its depth, you will need a lot more substrate to ensure it’s safe for a smaller hamster to climb in and out. I used two bags of cork granules for this. Overall, I would only recommend this product for a Syrian hamster if you want to enjoy all aspects while ensuring safety. Personally, I feel a bit uneasy about it; the extra cost for the solid glass front felt wasteful. The finish didn't meet my expectations when it was assembled, making this the Niteangel product I am least impressed with. If I could have returned it for a refund, I definitely would have.

Looks very nice and was easy to put together, comes with glue also if you want to make it more secure but you don't really need to as its secure as is, and easier to clean like that. holds sand very well without spills, was easy for my hamster to climb in and out of without issue, would be suitable for a robo if filled with more sand as it is quite deep.

1000% recommend. If you can afford one of these, buy it! I have mine filled with multiple substrates for variety for my hamster's benefit and aesthetics for mine. He loves it so much! He spent a good hour digging around and has even decided to sleep in here rather than his other hides. If you've seen the Big Bang Theory episode with Sheldon in the ball pool popping up shouting "Bazinga!" periodically, then this is the hamster version of that ball pool. So much fun!

Very easy to assemble with every tool necessary! Even gave you a screwdriver if you wish to screw it in! I love this set up and it’s great enrichment for my hammy! Easy to clean as well, great quality! I added cork granules as a substrate, very good for digging!

The box comes in separate pieces but there is a manual on how to put it together. It comes with glue, 5 screws, and a screw driver. You can choose to glue it together or screw it together. The clear panel is made of glass, not plexiglass so it is very solid. The wood pieces fit together well. My box, for whatever reason, isn't lying flat. Not sure if that is just a matter of poor assembly or it just ends up that way because of the screws. Will buy another one in the future.

Really happy with this purchase. It’s simple, functional, and my hamster uses it all the time. I especially love that I can watch him digging inside - it’s very satisfying.
