Camera is not working. I wait around 10 days receiving it unfortunately I lost all the hopes

I love this baby monitor. I’m using it for my second baby now. But we’re moving and the parent unit must have broken. The screen looks fine when it’s off but when you turn it on. It’s all white and black and broken looking. This is my own fault, but I prefer using the parent unit over my phone and I just want to know if you have replacement parents units I can order?

I am not the kind of person to write negative reviews or write a review at all so I hope someone reads this and thinks twice. I had another camera by this company and had no issues with it so I got the glow, I liked it and ended up preferring the wider angle lens. I found the glow+ and figured it was the best of both worlds as the glow did not have a monitor and only worked via their app!! I received the box in the mail and was excited to set it up but it didn’t work. I contacted the company and they were really friendly and helpful. They sent me a replacement camera in the mail. It took forever but I wasn’t super concerned bc I had the other camera to monitor my child still so it was fine. When it arrived, it was the WRONG ONE. Their cameras and monitors are not interchangeable bc the software on them is not compatible across the board with all of their products (honestly, I think they probably do that to make a ton more money off their customers than anything else). So the replacement camera they sent me did not work with the monitor. I contacted them again, they verified it was the wrong camera and sent me another, expedited. It arrived quickly, but when I opened the box IT WAS THE SAME CAMERA THEY HAD SENT THE FIRST TIME. At this point, I’m fuming. I have a product that doesn’t work, and two cameras that do but are not compatible with the first product!!! It’s has been over the course of two months that I’ve been dealing with this. The company DOES NOT have a phone number to call, and I had been using a live chat to speak with them but I couldn’t find the link to it, only an email. I have not received anything in response to my emails in the last week and so I finally messaged Amazon as I had bought the original product (this one) through them. They are kindly allowing me to return the product despite it being much past the deadline for a return but please be cautious when purchasing a product from this company. I’ve had a HORRIBLE experience and I really wish I had a way of contacting them other than by email.

This monitor has nice picture quality, even at night. It is very clear. It also has a nightlight with several different colors. It did not include a mount, so you will have to place it on a hard surface, or purchase a mount separately. There is a little bit of delay between pressing the button and moving the camera. It is easy to overshoot where you wanted to aim the monitor. The increments that the camera moves are also pretty large. I wish the camera movement was more instant and allowed for smaller movements. Sometimes the audio feed is a little choppy, but I think that applies to all baby monitors. The app is also very convenient to use, and will minimize to a smaller picture-in-picture so that you can still use your phone while monitoring your baby.

I love my Hubble! I have 2 and they connect to the parent unit both easily. I love how you can look on both your phone and the parent unit. 10/10 you should purchase !

I really liked the connectivity of this camera but I wouldn't recommend it for an everyday baby monitor. Maybe for traveling? Pros: easy to setup, pretty straight forward monitor, and semi affordable for a WIFI enabled camera. Cons: The monitor dies within 4 hours of use, even if the screen is turned off. Plan to have it plugged in all night. I never used the glow feature, I didn't find that part very useful. It does spin 360 but other angels are awkward. If you don't buy the "feet" its also kind of hard to place to get the best angels. The monitor itself was nice and big and picture quality was okay. I used for about a month before giving my honest review. Please note this needs to be on a 2.4 ghz wifi for it to work. My husband is a network engineer and I keep bringing home devices that require the 2.4 ghz wifi so we have a dedicated network for these items. It can be confusing if you aren't tech savvy.
