I purchased this chair to add a pop of color to my little living room and to function as my reading chair, and it was exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to put together. It only took one person. The color is a pretty blue, and it looks great in the room. It is comfortable, stable and the perfect size. I think the price was reasonable, and I love the ottoman.

This chair is perfect for my space! It was easy to put together and the material is so soft and cozy. Perfect for the price point and was delivered fast. Comfortable all around for reading or watching tv.

I have been wanting a Papasan chair for FOREVER but also didn’t want a huge round chair taking up space in my bedroom. We stumbled across this one that had the comfort I wanted with minimal real estate take over! And the color! I can’t get a pic that gives the true depth of color but imagine a Ruby and Amethyst mixed together, that is what it looks like to me. We are remodeling our Master and with the built in book shelves I am putting on one wall, and our huge bed, I needed something that added a fun pop of color yet tied in with the theme. What we got was this! If it INCREDIBLY comfortable, sturdy, super easy to assemble (and can be cleaned by removing it!) and so divine to sit in after a long day and curl up with a book! Some genius took the Papasan and put it in an actual chair. Easy to get in and out of and the color is amazing. The Jewel colors are vibrant, pop out to add fun to a room without distracting from the main decor piece, and with one purchase I created my own cozy reading corner. With all our books I needed a place to sit and read that wasn’t in bed but allowed me to step away into a quiet space. And being able to either draw my feet up or use the foot stool makes me super excited to finally get an even better version of the chair I have always wanted. It isn’t huge and taking up space so it can fit into any corner, book, or area without worrying if it is too big. But it has the luxury of the original. Quite possibly my favorite thing I have ever purchased on here. I, the wife, can retreat here while hubs watches his ball games in the main room. Our son loves it and the cat definitely approves!

All we kept saying from assembly to sitting in it was WOW. I’ve never found anything to be that easy to assemble and then when we sat in them we were amazed considering what we paid for them, almost thought something had to be wrong here because they were more comfortable to sit in than our $1,500 reclining couch (which we paid too much for) I might shop Amazon for my next couch and cut that price. We had a room that was perfect for reading room and it sat for a couple years with nothing but my printer in it and we finally decided we need to utilize that space and bought a dresser and then bought these chairs and now we’re gonna go look for an end table to put between us. Comfortable, stylish, and amazingly easy to assemble.

The chair is nice and comfortable. I gave it 4 stars because the directions are very clear, you just have to use your common since to put the chair together. Overall the chair is nice for the price.

So the chair is pretty genius- the frame is easy to assemble and disassemble. After first assembly, I disassembled to wash immediately in home washer and dryer. No issues there, but I would suggest a lighter cycle to not risk fabric tearing if you have an agitator. I removed the agitator to be careful since fabric feels plastic-like. Would I suggest a wash first? Yes. Just like any mass produced clothing, wash before you wear, and with laundry sanitizer. I don't know how baking soda would fare with this fabric, I'm guessing not well. My purpose: a chair for long reading/gaming sessions. I think it will work out for me in the short term. If you are shapely in the bottom 😉 the chair will hug you, can't speak for unshapely bottomed people. I would recommend this chair for the $113 cost, comfort, and ease of assembly/disassembly. I think the fabric is exactly what you would expect with the cost level, but for me that was purposeful since I don't want the fleece/corduroy material that everyone else seems to use for everything. The chair looks overly large but its the expanded cushions that give the illusion. If you are taller, your neck may not meet the cushion. Any taller than 5 5, expect this. The stool is also all of the above but smaller in size. The stool frame could actually be used without the cushion, if that's what you wanted. The chair will only be a chair because of the frame. This, for me, is a good deal. Not sure what it will be like in 3 months. I do not see any replacement cushions available. I will update after that time.

This chair is so comfortable! The cushioning is soft yet supportive, and the way the chair cradles your body makes it easy to sink in and relax. The materials feel sturdy and well-made and overall seems durable. The cushions are thick and it feels very stable when you sit down. It was also very easy and quick to put together.

This is such a comfortable and sturdy chair. So easily put together! It's very complimenting to my small place! I have fallen asleep in it twice!

Amazingly comfortable chair, took around 10 minutes to assemble. The velvet is really good quality. I’m 5 feet tall and this chair is the perfect size for me.

Der Sessel hat einen angenehm weichen Stoff und einmal reingesetzt, Füße hochgelegt und in ne Decke gekuschelt, wollte ich nie wieder aufstehen. Er ist für mich genau richtig. Leicht genug, um ihn umzustellen, stabil genug um darin jeden Abend stundenlang zu relaxen und auf dem Fußhocker lässt sich wunderbar ne Decke ablegen, so dass man den Sessel frei hat, wenn man nur Sitzen möchte.

Esperaba que fuera un poco mas ancha pero es super cómoda y perfecta para cuando estoy tejiendo. El único incoveniente es que una de las piezas no embono al 100% pero fuera de eso no he tenido problemas

I was hesitant to get a chair off of Amazon but after doing some digging and seeing the positive reviews for this one, I decided to go for it. And am I glad I did! Firstly, the way it was packaged was very compact and easy to carry, and it came out of the box nearly ready to use. The assembly was super easy and intuitive- it only took maybe 3 minutes at most. The safety bar didn’t make much sense and seems to require some screws to secure into the card slot, so I just discarded it and it works just as well. It still feels sturdy and I can shift around in it without having to worry about tipping. The cushion isn’t vacuum sealed so it’s plush, fluffy and ready to snuggle up in right away, and BOY is it snuggly. It really feels like being hugged from all sides. The foot rest is nice and fluffy as well and the perfect height for reclining. For reference, I’m 5’7 and 126lbs and it’s a perfect fit, so if you’re smaller than me you’re going to have an even nicer time. If you’re a lot taller or need more width, you might not find it quite as comfy, but the shape of the seat seems to be accommodating to most shapes and sizes- I’ll test it out on my big burly friend next time he’s over. I went for the plush light green colour because it was the cheapest, and was a bit nervous because it appeared a bit grey on the ad. Again, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it’s a beautiful, soft muted sage colour that works really well with my neutral-toned living room. If you’re needing a nice cozy reading chair on a budget, I’d recommend this one 1000%
